    This selection are like "snapshots" of social and cultural history, as perceived by artists of those times. But so much more sensitive, revealing, atmospheric and beautiful than a camera could capture (in my humble opinion!). Such treasures... Thank you, and Happy New year!

    The painting on 10:15 was painted not by Stanisław I. Witkiewkcz but by his father who also was a painter - Stanisław Witkiewicz

    Thanks
    Perhaps the title should have read "Best and not so Great".
    Marsh, Vlamick and other decorative pieces, not so great.
    Then, appreciate seeing many artists I'm not familiar with.

    Some are awesome and some are child like. Carlos Duran was Sargents teacher but never came close to Sargents genius.

    WOW......The old masters were certainly void of the modern techniques and materials that are utilized in todays world. There were a few nice works in this video, but most of it was extremely poor. However, we owe them a debt of gratitude for pioneering the way. The early wagon trains led us to an era of jet aircraft. These paintings, although not very good, are responsible for the spectacular works of today.

      @Black Claw Woho, man. You can do great stuff with modern innovations. Just because one disregards you should not do the same.

      jack craig What spectacular art today? All the styles are in the video but there are not the better representation of the different times. But is an efforts to show them. Gratitude.

      Elvis Cosovic What innovations?

    • @Dragonknight761
      @Dragonknight761 4 года назад

      @@gladysrodriguez5498 For example digital art has enabled us to paint/draw etc faster and with more reliability. We are able to experiment more and correct our mistakes as we go about it. Digital art has enabled us to also not just correct our mistakes in real time, but also through process video and the like we are able to review our processes and share it with others. Digital art has enabled us to have an unimaginable pool of images that we can use for inspiration. Colors in digital art work more like real colors then paint ever did. On the other hand, also you don't have to pay for expensive materials nor is there a problem of portability as in traditional art. Anyhow, there is just too much to mention. I am sure you meant innovations in a different manner, but if it wasn't this then we can talk about those other innovations.
