I've been breaking a few rotators lately and have been experiencing rapid or double firing lately..the fact that i just recently started using hpa in my fsc which I for years only used co2 with made it harder for me to pin point this problem, I actually thought my first suspect was my O ring on the bolt but very good video and information again my friend 🤙
Hope it helps someone. This particular piece can cause a number of problems. Give it a try and let me know. Its more susceptible to high power hpa so it just could be your issue.
The possibilities are endless really. Washers might work great but might also be difficult to keep in place while setting the plate. I chose this method because its something i had on hand from a service kit. Its something many might have already and it looks like it was meant to be there.
Good idea, I've never had that problem but if I ever do I'll keep it in mind, as for your mind I'm sure the community dose have some play in things but like mine it's been pre polluted long ago🤣🤣
You can use a multitude of things to shim the spring but that particular oring is part of the Fsc players service kit which everyone will eventually need. Check your favourite paintball shop most have it in stock.
@@RR-ty6ki you just need a players service kit usually $20-30. You don’t have to use this oring probably already have something lying around the house possibly a flat washer or even another oring.
1 down. 2 more to go. My co2 seals are skinny, had to use 2. i'll have to improvise to finish. That'll be fun. HA i remember how much i used to stress out on this stuff.
Hmmm you should only need one co2 seal as you do need the spring to have enough movement to kick off the release. Maybe you are using something different which is perfectly ok as long as the marker cycles. If you can snap a photo and send it to me in messenger.
@@lesslethalfordummies it's already done. i will test today. They are very skinny. from Gamo. i used the link arm thickness to compare. 2 of them are a little thinner than one of yours from First Strike.
@@lesslethalfordummies oh man oh man i just opened & put them back together 10x or so. triggers were sticking, had to try different things and lube stuff and one ended up w/ just one skinny shim. siiiigh. Do some ppl double the trigger tension spring?

I wonder if 2 M3 washers would work. Might not fit over the pin though.

What i used was a First Strike Fsc co2 seal i got from Rockstar Tactical.
Would doubling up on the rotator spring h3lp?
I tried and the two springs bound and jammed.

I gotcha now. You used a seal from a different one. I was wondering if FS changed their seal but this explains it thank you.
@@lesslethalfordummies Thanks for lookin out!
