- Our careers are lengthening; transforming from sprints into marathons, and we need to think strategically about how we position ourselves to thrive in this new world. Avivah explores the most crucial career choice that we each make - our life partners. Paradoxically, this is also often the team that we spend the least time on. Avivah suggests that we should bring leadership skills home, and that we should think more consciously about the dual career model that we each wish to adopt.

I totally get it, and that's why most of us need to explore entrepreneurship. As I turned 55, I realized mycareer was just beginning. I finally found out what I was meant to do here. Starting over at 55 meant redefining my whole life purpose. I help women create businesses by getting mindset training, then learning the business side of creating a new life from life experience and innate skills and gifts. We become free when we realize that fulfillment is more important than "success". What do you think? We are allowed to change course and as women, we often don't realize our resistance to being powerful has to be rooted out.
Really enjoyed this

This new era, this capitalistic society that focus on materialism, feminism and competitiveness between men and women lead to flourishing in the corporate system but death to family system.
Geminilicious ... Very True 🙏🙇🙏.
The system should be based on cooperation more, and on competition lesser. But at present it's opposite... 😨😭😧
Great video💖
