BMW i8 362HP POV test drive GoPro

Point of view test drive video of the BMW i8. The BMW i8 plug-in hybrid has a 1.5 three-cylinder petrol engine combined with a hybrid synchronous electric motor. The petrol engine of the i8 delivers an output of 231 HP and a max. torque of 320 Nm. The power of the petrol engine is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed automatic gearbox. The electric motor has an output of 131 HP and 250 Nm of max. torque. The power is sent to the front wheels via a two-stage automatic gearbox. The combination of the petrol engine and the electric motor produces a system output of 362 hp and in hybrid mode the i8 is AWD. Top speed is 250 km/h or 120 km/h in pure electric mode.
The colour of the test car is: protonic blue
