- The Fairly Oddparents and Jimmy Neutron had a wild Nickelodeon crossover in the mid 2000s titled JIMMY TIMMY POWER HOUR! What happened in the alternate universe where Jimmy and Timmy met in the 90s? A Twitter artist decided to bring the idea to life with original designs.
While The Fairly Oddparents and Jimmy Neutron both began on Nickelodeon after 2000, the characters still existed in the 90s. Timmy Turner was featured in Oh Yeah Cartoons, while Jimmy Neutron was Johnny Quasar. Because of their history, this crossover theoretically could have taken place earlier.

7 year old me was mind-blown by this crossover. I couldn't mentally comprehend Timmy in Jimmy Neutron's reality, it was like a scientific break through to me.
I was 10 and 11ish when they came out, and thought it was one of the coolest things ever. One of the first crossovers we got.
This crossover was so good. I miss crossovers like this.

This crossover still one of the best iconic ones of all time. If it was lost media by making it part of 90’s Nickelodeon that would still be out of this world “ literally ” 🚀
the mimicry of 90s CGI can be done with the use of Blender. no joke. you can even make models for PS1 or N64 style games for your Unity engine project.
I remember watching Jimmy Timmy Power Hour for the first time on a Nickelodeon DVD at my aunts house with my cousin on her bed, ah good old 2014-2016 vibes :)

It's always intriguing to see stuff like this, so this was nice to see. I especially like how that third shot looks; the original Johnny Quasar video didn't feature any location that isn't deep space, so it was interesting to see how Retroville would've actually looked like in the style of that original pitch!
If this doesn't prove that it was a mistake to leave Jimmy and Timmy out of Nickelodeon all star brawl I don't know what will.

I'm a sucker for early incarnations of characters so seeing sort of an alternate reality where the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour was made back in the early days of those two is just so cool to me.

Except not nearly as awesome superhero stuff crossovers aren't as impressive unless they meet someone who's not a superhero. Like if it was Spider-Man meets Jimmy Neutron then it would be something.

It seems like crossovers don't happen nearly as much any more. That last time I saw a good crossover was Simpsons/futurama
Imagine if they did this with Rugrats Go Wild! as well.
I haven't seen that film in a while, but I remember not caring for it. I remember the hype as it was one of the first crossovers I saw, but it just wasn't memorable and wasn't as good as the two previous Rugrats films or the Wild Thornberry's Movie

1:02, Some fans of Nick & Jimmy Neutron might end up disagreeing with me on this one right now or not, but somehow I totally would've love to see how Jonny Quasar would've been like or turned out before it became Jimmy Neutron afew years later on Nickelodeon.
But who on earth knows, maybe there's an Alternate Universe where Jonny QUasar did became a thing instead of Jimmy Neutron being the show we all know and loved, as well as growing up with it.

No crossover will hit as hard as this did, yeah I was 4 when it premiered but when they would air reruns of them, I thought it was the coolest thing. It made me also want something like that with SpongeBob but that’s most likely never gonna happen
