the best way to do Busch Gardens is to just make a circle around the park- riding things as you come to them- back tracking, cutting here/there will waste your time.... do it all, then return to favorites.
I live in the area, so I've been here MANY times (including last week). Apollo's Chariot and The Griffon are my personal favorites. It's too bad the Big Bad Wolf is gone. Everyone loved that ride, including me, but after 25 years it was too much trouble to service. You don't see free swinging inverted coasters much, for exactly this reason. I was actually there the year it opened and the year it closed, 25 years apart. Verbolten is now where it used to be. It even uses the same final drop and station. It's also pretty good ;)
I was there last Wednesday, and the only ride with a long line was Darkoaster (which I didn't ride). Patheon only had a 10 minute wait. So yeah, go in the middle of the week and you absolutely can ride everything (assuming everything is open).
Our favorite park in terms of beauty! Love it! We need to go back lots of new coasters. Thanks for sharing your trip

I went Busch gardens before on the band trip and I had so much in there I really want to get in pantheon but I missed it 😢

Absolutely! I almost was able to if Griffon wasn’t shut down for weather and the park was still open for another couple of hours after that.
