The doctor sounding so uncertain of what he's analysed is amazing. Especially that last line of asking where the subject came from. If the Backrooms is messing with DNA somehow, it could explain where the creature in the first Found Footage video came from, maybe someone who got heavily mutated? I don't know, just spitballing but I'm really loving Kane's interpretation of the Backrooms.
The “Mr. Beck, May I ask where this subject came from?” sent a serious chill down my spine. Kane, you are a genius for making this stuff. Keep up the amazing work!
What im saying is, why would you move a body you know its not suppose to be there? Why would you bring it to our world? Like are you asking for zombies or deadly plague to take over?? Even the person doing the autopsy knows. What they are looking for, its not right. Its abnormal and he wants answers.
I'm sure Hollywood is already knocking. Someone like you will always know best in the final say. Please remember that. It's quite impressive how you understand the "less is more" as most film makers do not. In addition, one thing that ruins movies and shows for me is when the director can't differentiate between good and bad acting. Your actors literally convey what your film is trying to say and some directors just can't tell. I thought the acting in this was great, among everything else. These films that you have done have brought me great joy and inspiration. Thank you, I cannot wait to see what your passion brings to the entertainment industry.
@@lefthandedspanner Hollywood doesn't knows Jack shit about talent and when Hollywood calls you on the phone all they gonna do is use you like that is what they do.
2:27 has anyone notcied that when the footage shows the backrooms, it shows the sea? This means that in the most recent video, what the person is saying is that Async, or possibly the entire planet earth, will be sucked into the backrooms.
At 2:18, if you pause and use the < and > keys to move back and forward a frame, if you look at the part with the text and move forward just a few frames when the text is still barley visible as it goes to black the sentence "This environment was never suited for mankind" looks like it's faintly highlighted by a yellow highlighter. Could be a coincidence, but it seems to be emphasizing that sentence. Maybe the environment it's referring to is the backrooms, and it's saying that it was never suited for us, meaning it isn't meant for us, implying that it may not have been *created* by us. Maybe the backrooms aren't entirely man made, but simply accessed by man. Maybe another dimension? I could be reading into this too much, I don't know. I need another opinion here because I can't tell if I'm onto something or if I'm completely losing it lmao
I can't imagine a single question about this being answered except maybe a "How", cause this is incredibly realistic looking shit. Of course, some is edited in or at least appears to be, but it is still so fucking impressive to watch and the realistic qualities of each video makes the entire series permanently unique in my brain.
OMG absolutely stunning! The level of detail and every little thing, these just keep getting better! I especially feel like this tells us a lot about the ASync corporation. They’re hiding truths from outside teams or maybe even their own teams based on the fact that the reporter asks where they found the body
my GOD. This guy is undoubtedly one of the best animators on this platform. Like, Felix Colgrave type level. This stuff is amazing, for lack of a better word. Keep this stuff up.
I like how this video shows true concept of liminal space and the back rooms. It makes it feel so nostalgic but scary at the same time. You really need to keep making these. And don't give up. No matter what you do. Don't let anyone stop you from what you love doing.
By far the scariest video out of the series. The atmosphere, the dead body, the colors that just really match the mood of the situation going on, everything is just perfect.
I love how many smart decisions you took, I mean its easy to say it's easy modelling and stuff but the little decisions you took live making it look like an old VHS or simple models but lets not show a whole lot of things in it, or a mix of real things in complete CG things. Wonderful. Keep going good luck
The fact that I would actually take advice from that medical person just proves that everyone working on this project is actually perfect. I have not a single piece of criticism about this entire series. Actually impressive. Like mind blowingly good.
This was absolutely terrifying, knowing what effects the backroom has on even a dead body. You are not safe in the backrooms. Most death comes from malnutrition in fact due to the limited sources of food and water in certain levels.
*Kane pixels' backrooms series is not affiliated with the wiki. He knew nothing about "Billions of levels" or "Infinite numbers of entities" or anything else from the wiki when making his videos.*
I’ve loved this series all the way from the (found footage) video. I love how it showed another level of the back room and I can’t wait to see if it gets re explored.
It’s max I’ve never seen this- I loved backrooms for ages and seeing this now- I’ll forever be amazed, commented in 2024 even though this was made 2 years ago- I’m so amazed by your skills and how realistic this is- the way the autopsy guy spoke felt so real, it all feels real- the backrooms have gotten more complicated and I think lost its original touch but still amazing nonetheless, I absolutely love this I could write a damn essay on how well this is made, again- absolutely amazing and I feel like this is the basis of the backrooms- its absolute genius 🫶🏼
I must tell you something. John and Jane Doe are not people. Mostly. These names are used to name a person who is anonymous or is unidentifiable. John is male, Jane is female. I believe that this is Kane from the first found footage video.
That boy's corpse at 0:33 looks exactly like how I feel. I moved around to 2 different cities in Canada while I was homeless, and it was such a harrowing and scarring experience. I'm not kidding - that's something I actually put myself through. The pain is hard to describe - it's truly hell - but the picture of the boy in this video sums up how I feel. It almost felt like I sent myself to the backrooms, and Kane's videos kind of help me cope. Much love to this community.
@@tqk1976according to my theory is that the mold gets sucked up from the carpet so the carpet can be infected with strains of hay bacillus. If the body stays in the complex for too long it will be absorbed by the carpet and probably dissolve.
Alright, after all these videos I’ve seen being THIS REALISTIC, I can safely assume that Kane has a more mysterious storyline in his backrooms videos than stranger things does in its 4 seasons.
@@joshuaboushy7336 In "Damage Control", it is said that Peter died because he fell on the rock on The Hillside (at least according to Async). Even if he died other way (maybe by Async?), he definitely didn't died in The Backrooms, because he was there 2 times and he always make it out alive. This body is covered in *mutated* hay bacillus, which is only in The Backrooms. So I think that's just Nicolas Bolton (missing guy from "Missing Persons") or Kane Pints (cameraman of Found Footage, time travel exists in Backrooms Canonical Universe). I don't really think that the body is Peter's.
The way the autopsy guy acts completely professional, but you can tell he's steadily getting concerned over the course of report, eventually admitting he's not sure what this means. You can tell how unnerved he really is with that final question on the origins of the body. Beautiful acting, and the actual corpse looking terrifying.
@@Wierd0767 its bacteris found in the soil..itsd called hasy nc its rod shaped..basically this dead dude has earth and plant matter this is usually harmless and easily killed .growing and mutating on and in his dead body..meaning maybe the guy is only half dead now and is resurecting? so thats where the entities come from..as we all know dna is constantly mutating....
I feel like people are exaggerating the quality of these videos (as people always do with these sorts of horror vids tbh), other than the stuttering he was speaking in a very monotone and dull tone
Gad, that corpse looks truly unsettling. Feels like it might reanimate any second with how that eye is gazing right at the camera... Well done with however you put that together. This whole series is making this old Internet Story a lot more believable... and "real". Mysterious tests, a strange strain of bacteria, and these broken videos... I'm really intrigued where you go with this, and it's all so well made!
that autopsy's way more terrifying than people make it out to be. he didn't get eaten by mold he starved to death but something in the backrooms kept his body from fully decaying. That makes it seem like he was on the brink of death for years as the bacteria proliferated in his body
I love how this actually feels so real. I know that the backrooms aren’t real, but this makes it super believable and intriguing. It’s uncanny, just like the backrooms themselves. Also the “mr beck, might I ask where this subject came from” sent shivers down my spine.
@@mentaltelepathy24 With Kane on VFX, though since he's apparently 16 we'd probably have to wait at least 2 years because of underage labor laws, unless he's an emancipated minor in which case by law an adult for all intents and purposes, and that's on top of the time to write, film, VFX, post-produce, etc.
I feel like a lot of attention is being given to the visuals and the slow burn narrative (which are legit worth the hype), but I want to give some love to the sound design of these videos as well. There's so much texture in the sound design, and I think these videos owe a lot of their mood to the care that was put into it.

WOW. so now not only is this series visually stunning and professional, but the WRITING is also believable and realistic??? this character's script conveys all the information we need to set up more mystery without sounding amateurish or like technobabble. I'm fascinated by the theme of mold in the backrooms. if something can infest liminal space, it must be some seriously bad news. but the fact that it seems to be like just common bacteria probably means it shares some qualities with the backrooms, that it seems benign and recognizable yet uncanny and dangerous. this is becoming a really fascinating mystery and more than just "man gets lost in scary hallway dimension." also the acting so far has been superb! the instructional voiceover sounded so legit lmao and this actor sounds genuinely perplexed and is clearly putting in the effort.
@@ajsouza3720 Exactly. And the notes where he also pauses, going uh, um, and so. Even the pauses, where he sighs, stutters, and uses uncertain words. It gives the air where he's actively *trying* to understand as well, and it isn't just him reading off a script. Personally, my idea is that it's the bacteria from inside the corpses somehow mutating, or that someone with such a similar disease had fallen in and this strain had come from it. But, at the same time, I don't know how this could have spread so far...
As a former Biologist really loved this episode in the series. I appreciate the factual accuracy as far as fiction can allow to be on the verge of that unknown grey area plus the professional way the guy reported his findings trying hard to not show his uncertainty 👏🏻👏🏻
@@russell22222 it was my favorite so far because with the other ones sadly I get motion sickness and have to watch it in segments 😂 this vid on the other hand is what I want a horror movie to be like. Vagueness is the true weapon to cause horror, the unknown and the HOW which is never answered. Some Jumpscares are cool but the unpredictability and the unexplained things are what actually gets me going.
Hard to find horror content now adays that doesn't put me to sleep. This series is incredible. The eerieness of every episode leaves you unsettled and craving more. I heard your 16? Your definitely going places with content like this. This series led me to some of your other videos and I am just left baffled at your talent. Whetther you stay making youtube content or move to the big screen one day Im excited to see where you go. Cheers.
I was genuinely terrified while watching this. And there is not a lot that scares me. The hesitation in the coroner's voice was truly frightening. When I finally realized there was someone else in the room with him, I was even more creeped out due to his/her blatant silence. The frantic and random nature of the TV made it almost uncomfortable to watch. I didn't know what to expect from start to finish. You don't have to do better. Just do more.
@@ameliathehedgehogfairy9386 I think the interpretation of the story, for me, was the scariest part: there's no definitive plot, no protagonist, no antagonist, no real location, just dialogue. The plot, the characters, the location, even the lighting and ambience, are based solely on your brain's extrapolation of the elements provided in the video; The possibilities are endless. I extrapolated scary, so to me, it was scary.
It is also known as hay bacillus, grass bacillus or Bacillus globigii. The word bacillus refers to the shape of the bacteria (rod-shaped) and subtilis means slim, slender. B. subtilis is often used as a probiotic preparation in the treatment or prevention of intestinal disorders. In 1877 German botanist Ferdinand Cohn provided an authoritative description of two different forms of hay bacillus (now known as Bacillus subtilis): one that could be killed upon exposure to heat and one that was resistant to heat. ... Some types of Bacillus bacteria are harmful to humans, plants, or other organisms.
My theory that the parts of the body that were “sustained” was because of his general existence in the back rooms. It’s so screwy dewy (hence the informational video being recorded in Feb 29, 1990 when there wasn’t a Feb 29 that year) with time that it wouldn’t be shocking that people wouldn’t age, and therefore, decay in there. However his left side (where he was taken by culture) is the same side that creature wraps around him at the end of the first video (watch in .25x speed after he drops the camera from his RIGHT hand to see what I mean). The nasty and unsettling part is that he died of malnutrition.. Id really hate to be think that those gross bacterial creatures are parasites. Now some may say that this a different guy from the first video since the first video was multiple years later, but remember what I said about screwed up time in the back rooms. There’s a reason he’s classified as John Doe in the beginning.. This can also be a sort of a time paradox where he is the source of the bacteria and also a victim 6 or whatever years later. “If anyone blame him”.
That, or it could very well be footage that was acquired way later. We know that the date says when the video was taken and all. But how long did it take to fetch the camera by ASYNC? The camera ended in the middle of nowhere and I'm pretty sure none of the associates of the guy who got taken to the Backrooms know. Also, the date of the camera could be misleading since you can very easily mislabel timestamps in all of them. I am a journalist and that means I use a lot of cameras that are usually set at default dates (some of them have 2010 timestamps). There's also the suggestion that the guy could've just fallen into an earlier period of time as well.
2:18 from what I can make out, this is basically saying that the backrooms was a mistake and was never meant to be discovered. And that it would be condemned. Pretty cool detail. Cant wait to see what happens next with this series.
Matpat reacted it and said that the government terminated the project or contract to Async But they kept testing it anyway so basically they know that Overpopulation might be a problem As if they were desperate
This is established in pretty much the first video. The Complex was designed to be a place where residential dwellings could be constructed to reduce the burden of usable space concerning overpopulation, but obviously it’s all screwy and wrong in there.
@@AfrewSpines was that In the found footage video? I've heard everyone bring up that point recently but I don't recall it from any of the vids Ive seen

people frequently like to point out you’re 16… and that’s because a series like this can only come from the brain of a true genius, a rarity for people that age. excellent work
You can usually tell someone is a genius early on, there's no real age limit so I totally agree this stuff is amazing, but your comment on 16 year old people rarely being smart is kinda weird
@@VioletsOnMars ya in layman terms for most people your brain gets conditioned to follow instructions as you get older so it becomes harder to make up original ideas
I’ve said it before but the voice acting should really be commended. It’s great stuff and for me is really the make or break for a project like this. Nothing takes me out of it more than amateurish line readings, especially when the tone is so realistic. This whole project is just fantastic.
I actually thought the vocabulary to be fairly accurate but far too stuttery to sound legit, so much that I thought about it. Docs, scientists, etc. are extremely well versed and practiced in giving precise verbal reports and dictation and I've never in my life heard a doc, nurse, physician assistant etc use so many "umms" or taking so long to speak. I think the delivery should have been dialed in speech with some moments of distrubing uncertainty. Definitely not a big deal, but working alongside docs and nurses all day long, it sounded like someone trying to sound like one.
@@amateurmusica to me it sounded intentional. like here’s a man who’s been around bodies and talked about decomposition for years, but this one is so abnormal, seemingly impossible and unlike anything else he’s seen that even a professional like him has trouble getting his thoughts across through the fear, shock and confusion.
agree entirely, i listen to a lot of podcasts and even the ones with big budgets seem to be able to find the worst voice actors imaginable, this was really well done
christ. that last shot of the body. seems dead, but could still be alive? trapped in a coma time-knot of decay? some real ghe vibes with this, ♡♡. plus, that paired with "Mr. Beck... May I ask where this body came from?" The tying it back. The fact that the vice director(?) himself must have brought the body in. The reminder that nobody outside of ASYNC and the DoD knows about the Backrooms yet, but also the reminder that _people are going missing in broad daylight in the strangest way and people have to be getting suspicious as all fuck by now_ - add in the fact that you're doing scene beginnings and endings really goddamn well? Can't wait to see you doing some big-budget stuff in ten years Edit: I FORGOT ABOUT THE BACTERIA THING. OH MY GOD. KANE. BUDDY. THIS SHIT IS SO COOL
I realized now that this is information coming out of the ASYNC biomedical sciences department - the pathologist's (?) apparent unawareness indicates that either he individually missed the memo, or *the information hasn't even gotten through to the whole of the company.*
@wilbur952team backrooms can also distort reality time, for example, Kane Parsons in the first episode, in reality it was in 1991, but it was noted that the footage was only found in the middle of 1996
Now this is an example of a quality analog horror. Not just random video tapes where a shaky cameraman records his feet running for 5 minutes, or a sPoOkY dash cam down a highway or trail. None of those jumpscares that are just deep fried images of some goofy af looking face. Theres an actual plot here, the video format isnt overused and constantly showing darkness or always grainy and glitchy, we see some actual locations that look amazing, idk if this was done with a live set/filming locations or if its cgi but its pretty damn good.
I believe it’s cg? Tho nonetheless the fact this was made by a 16 year old is even crazier, I hope to make content this good someday, like a mix of walten files, the backrooms and Mandela catalog
The writing was impeccable, it sounds like things that any common doctor would say (not like a sci-fi or videogamey super smart doctor). But the voice actor was even beyond that, the last line is so masterfully delivered that brings such a realism to this.
Here is the autopsy transcript! _The subject is male. Somewhere between 18 and 21 years old. I estimate the time of death was around five days ago, but due to the severe tissue damage, it’s hard to say for sure. Cause of death was likely malnutrition, I was able to recover most of the digestive tract. So... Things start to deviate from what we would consider to be natural. The decomposition process appears to have been stunted, somehow... It’s like portions of the body stopped decomposing and were sustained. Other areas however were completely overtaken by culture... So, uh.. I took a couple samples of material. At first, I thought it was an aggregated collection of pseudomonas fluorescences, but uh... It seems to be closer to a mutated strain of simple hay bacillus. Which... It should be completely benign, but, really I don’t really know what to make of this... Mr. Beck, may I ask where this subject came from?_ Pseudomonas Fluorescens - fluorescens can cause bacteremia in humans, with most reported cases being attributable either to transfusion of contaminated blood products or to use of contaminated equipment associated with intravenous infusions. Bacteremia - Bacteremia is the presence of viable bacteria in the circulating blood. Most episodes of occult bacteremia spontaneously resolve, particularly those caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Salmonella, and serious sequelae are increasingly uncommon. Hay Bacillus - Bacillus subtilis, known also as the hay bacillus or grass bacillus, is a Gram-positive, catalase-positive bacterium, found in soil and the gastrointestinal tract of ruminants, humans and marine sponges. As a member of the genus Bacillus, B. Benign - (of a disease) not harmful in effect.
Kane, in a world that feels like it's slowly spinning down a drain, you are a bright light. Keep up the awesome work my friend. I truly love where you are taking the backrooms!
Just keep up what you're doing, do not pander, do not change your ways in any way, what you're building here is pointing to something great, something bigger than anything any SCP/Backrooms/Creepypasta nerd could ever imagine. Trust your instincts, it already clear they're right. And congratulations for the mind you're hiding up there, it is both dangerous and beautiful, I'm grateful you're using it for something this amusing.
"Mr. Beck" refers to Ivan Beck, mentioned in _The Third Test_ to be the vice director of Async. It's his idea to make the Backrooms a space for America to use. He has given this corpse to an expert mortitian without telling him what Async is up to. The poster at the 0:19 reads: "Async - Compromise is the Death of Innovation". This characterises Ivan Beck as someone who is absolutley determined to keep the Backrooms open regardless of what secrets have to be kept or how many people end up there.
As a medical student studying Nursing I can say this looks pretty accurate, and is extremely interesting, and I think the work your doing Kane is really good and you should keep it up.
The whole "fungi" business has strong Resident Evil 7 vibes to it and I love that. I'm really hoping Kane makes a long episode for like a finale (kinda like MC Vol.2) one day. One thing that I'm confused about is how the fungi thing will tie into the sci-fi-ness of the other episodes. Maybe this organism came from some corner of the world (maybe even the cosmos) that the BackRooms tapped into and brought to earth. Idk, just throwing out ideas.
Just putting this out there, the Last of Us did the zombie fungus thing first; but I can definitely see why RE would be your first impression. I personally get some Silent Hill vibes from the aesthetic of the backrooms themselves and I don't know why.
Although Fungi are usually the first decomposers we think about, the species named in the video (pseudomonas fluorescens, and hay bacillus) are bacteria. I am a big sucker for Fungi in media but I actually hope Kane leaves the description of whatever has taken over “John Doe’s” body vague.
Did his eye move? At 0:32 it looks like his iris is looking more to his right. Then at 1:47 it looks to be more in the middle or to his left. Maybe I'm just seeing things but if not, is he still alive and aware of what's happening?
@@-FLETCH- His channel profile says he's 16, but it might have never been updated since the channel's creation in, I think 2015. Which would make him 23 now. Still VERY young all things considered. Feel free to fact check. It's only a few clicks away after all.
This whole thing was upsetting in the best way possible. If this body is undergoing non-linear decay it makes me wonder if some part of him is still alive ...
Jesus, this is insanely impressive. As someone trying to learn 3D animation and effects like this myself, the fact that you’re able to upload these consistently, with a great story and atmosphere is beyond impressive. You have so much talent and I can’t wait to see what you keep creating.
2:28 Obsessed with this part right here. The sun in this context appears to be either rising or setting. If it rises, it can symbolize how the Backrooms' spread is only getting started, despite the team's efforts in ending the project. "This environment was never [...] suited for mankind." However, if we see it as a sunset, it could mean death, as in "everyone who wanders into the backrooms dies there", or as in "the person this corpse belongs to died in the backrooms". It's disturbing because both possibilities are true, and they could be either warning about the danger (if the video was created by someone who wants to end the backrooms project), or "celebrating" it (if it was created by some kind of hivemind or even the monster itself, since it does show some degree of intelligence and mimicry, hence the uncanny editing that Almost makes sense). Even the music sounds marvelous and ominous at the same time. This series is the definition of uncanny valley.
Random thought; he said that the culture consuming the body is a "mutated strain of simple hay bacillus". According to Wikipedia, hay bacillus can be found in "soil and the gastrointestinal tract of ruminants, humans, and marine sponges". So what if the Backrooms is some kind of giant, inter-dimensional sea sponge? Sponges filter-feed, sucking water through their pores and trapping the little bits of food that the water carries. So what if the Backrooms is just a giant organism that, instead of sucking in water and filtering for food, it sucks in pockets of our own dimensional space and filters for humans? Once the humans die, their bodies are decomposed via the hay bacillus, and the resulting nutrients absorbed into the greater organism. The twisted black creatures that haunt the backrooms could simply be a form of life that evolved to live inside this organism, just as there are some species of shrimp that have evolved to live in colonies inside certain sea sponges. If nothing else, it might explain the Backrooms' distinctive yellow color.
I know of a place, Where you can never get out, A magical place, With long yellow walls, Backrooms... Backrooms... BACKROOOOOOMS... Take it away penny!

This is honestly one of the best series I've found on RUclips in a long while. I think I said it for another one of your videos, but the fact that you give snippets of this facility having somewhat control over the backrooms like at 1:31 just makes it all the better. I love how calculated and contained this series is. The wiki has turned into an endless stream of poorly written and unnecessarily bloated content. It has all the ambition of SCP with none of the quality control.
Especially with the levels and monsters. I like a good monster, but this place simply being an infinite universe of office hallways is scarier than any monster.
Backrooms would never be able to match the SCP foundation because the topic itself is too concise. In fact the entire backrooms concept itself could fit under a single SCP article; there are many out there already that involve infinite enclosed terrains. Even with excellent quality control, the amount you can come up with, without repeating things is extremely limited. Once you've read the first backrooms wiki article, you've basically read them all: an endless liminal space and optional entity.
@@ATruckCampbell Yeah. Instead of focusing on showing us the backgrooms, the original idea in an intersting and different light ( like this video series ) they just made a badly written infinite Ikea survivor copy with generic big fanged monsters and weird video game levels.
The Foley - so believable, like adding in the noises of the guy talking moving things around and stuff. Really amazing attention to detail. My dad was a mortician for close to 15 years, 2002 - 2017, and actually has most of his "favorite" audio recordings saved on his computer. Favorites being a mixture of ones he thought were funny, like when a rat ran across the floor at a 2am job and he screamed, spooky, like when he reported the body's mouth opening and closing slightly (weird salt buildup of some kind on the muscles causing the jaw to twitch), and sad, ones he wants to remember because no-one else will or could. This sort of recording is a pretty realistic mixture of all three types, so good job!
History shows loads of mortician's have been arrested for having sex with dead bodies. Why do they do that? I mean, it's cold and dead. Did your dad do that? And if so, why? I might be wrong, but almost nothing seems less sexually appetizing than a cold dead corpse. Well, a few things come to mind, but a dead body is up there with the worst of them. Second only to having sex with food. Or maybe inanimate objects, like a ferris wheel, or a bag or onions. Wait, a bag of onions is actually fairly sexy compared to a putrefying corpse. You could dress it up in lingerie and such. And lipstick. A bag of onions with the right lipstick and eye shadow, combined with a thong and some stockings can be a pretty decent substitute to a human body. Not that I'd know from experience, just sayin. A milkshake is also kinda hot. But it has to be the right flavor. And with the right attitude as well. An overtly promiscuous one would really get the blood flowing, know what I mean? Lastly, I have never, ever, had sex with food, a carnival ride, or dairy products. I swear to Christ!!

I can't imagine a single question about this being answered except maybe a "How", cause this is incredibly realistic looking shit. Of course, some is edited in or at least appears to be, but it is still so fucking impressive to watch and the realistic qualities of each video makes the entire series permanently unique in my brain.

Damm, you really did your research

I think the delivery should have been dialed in speech with some moments of distrubing uncertainty.
Definitely not a big deal, but working alongside docs and nurses all day long, it sounded like someone trying to sound like one.

Mr. Beck, may I ask where this subject came from?_
Pseudomonas Fluorescens - fluorescens can cause bacteremia in humans, with most reported cases being attributable either to transfusion of contaminated blood products or to use of contaminated equipment associated with intravenous infusions.

Good eyes! Totally glossed over the motto on the poster.
Thank you, fellow theorist! Some really important details right there that I would have totally missed if you hadn’t pointed that out!

Resident evil 7? Tbh, i’m kinda getting those vibes too. And yeah, I agree with what you said about a finale episode.
Just putting this out there, the Last of Us did the zombie fungus thing first; but I can definitely see why RE would be your first impression. I personally get some Silent Hill vibes from the aesthetic of the backrooms themselves and I don't know why.

@@Arcanist_Gaming I’m getting the house of the dead 3 vibes to honest from these videos.

2:28 Obsessed with this part right here. The sun in this context appears to be either rising or setting. If it rises, it can symbolize how the Backrooms' spread is only getting started, despite the team's efforts in ending the project. "This environment was never [...] suited for mankind."
However, if we see it as a sunset, it could mean death, as in "everyone who wanders into the backrooms dies there", or as in "the person this corpse belongs to died in the backrooms".
To me it looks like footage of a sunrise, but upside down.
So ...um ...backroom is Spongebob.😆

Exactly, less is more!
