Try leaving it on overnight , I had same issue , clean back of your watch and charger , then use a iPad quick charger , I’d tried everything on normal 5v for hours nothing , switched to 20w fast charger 2 hrs nothing still same went to sleep woke up 6 hrs later to my watch fully working. All it’s done is stuck on power saver mode don’t let apple tell you differently like they tried me saying it was a malfunctioning chip and said it would cost me 317 to fix I told them no way it cost me £380 brand new 13 months ago , he then tried to sell me a battery , left Genius Bar . There was no way I buying another one after breaking after just a year , happy to say it’s an easy fix just use original leads and time
