Coach, I just started to get interested in Olympic weightlifting, should I focus more on learning the snatch or clean and jerk?
@@hectorfernandez5519 both should be priorities!
i don't have a coach so i have to think over these things on my own and one thing i'm learning the hard way is how much travel can really do a number on your fatigue. so important to plan for that.
