- I camped out for the night in the lineup at a BC Ferries terminal. It proved to be a good place to enjoy the evening with a food truck. If anyone is in Earls Cove please check out Sharon's Grill It (The food truck). I highly recommend it :) Decent camping adventure!

"I've gotta be stealthy!"
* vigorously shakes shaker right in front of window *
* puts a massive umbrella & pineapple wedge on a proper glass *
whole thing had me chuckling😂never change Steve!
This is about as good as when his stove turned into a flamethrower during the city sign camp 🤣!
Brilliant
With no rum, lol 😜
The tow truck driver turns on his strobe light! Then turns it off next scene. He was watching Steve. Hahaha!
Reminded me of when he said he was gonna bushcraft up a fire and busted out the flamethrower
I was already chuckling that Steve had brought a whole pineapple and cut it up and EVEN had the umbrella to go with it, and then to just spill it all... That was too funny😂
Lmao when he spilled it
I think those guys in the utility bed waiting in line saw the pineapple too.. they expressed their approval with lights on when the shaker came out :) :)
Thats really funny to you, whats wrong with you
😂😂
And being so dead pan in the process. Like, what? I do this all the time.
The meme possibilities with Steve making a full blown tropical cocktail in his car, while nervously looking around is absolutely insane. I love this man so much.
And then the cherry on top of him just ending up spilling it.
😭😭😭
Me but just actually cause I do camp in my car and if I ain't gunna drive it anymore I'm gunna drink haha
Yeah that cracked me up. When he pulled out the pineapple I almost "PFFFTHHFF"ed my coffee out. 🤣
He is a treasure for sure.
5:25 to 7:25. What a rollercoaster.
The stakeout, the cocktails, the deceit of the burger shop lady. Steve has become a budget James Bond.
The deceit?
@@jesuschristiskingandsavior461 he wasn't actually waiting for anyone lol he planned to stay till 6 he lied
@@jesuschristiskingandsavior461 The social engineering of the burger shop lady

the entire sequence from Steve busting out the pineapple to spilling his wonderful mocktail had me in tears! keep doing your thing Steve!
Same! Steve is an absolute legend!
that was SO funny!! 😂
Thanks for the laughs Steve😂 HUNKER DOWN!!!
The look of sadness had me rolling XD
you and me both buddy. That was funny as shit watching that.
Makes cocktail at the ferry"probably looks bad from out there" proceeds to add a garnish and umbrella. You sir are a legend . Love your videos.
Thanks 👍

Hey Steve!
A warm although it's pretty chilly outdoors hello from Western MA.!
When are you & Shawn from Corporals Corner ever going to do a Collab?
I know certain folks were hoping for that a bunch of videos back?
@@campingwithsteve We love you Steve !
I just died laughing 😂
Steve you’re the best…so funny that margarita drink..I just died laughing hysterical 😂
the fact you put an umbrella in your drink in a remote ferry terminal makes this channel what it is. incredible and wholesome
Thank you for supporting the food truck lady, from a fellow food truck lady! 💛🍔🚚❤
@X D I'm merely an average mom-joke expert, but that was weak.
@X D I feel sorry for your mother.
😡😡are you being nasty to Loren ?
A salute to you and all food truck ladies, saviours of many a drunken night out.
are you single Loren?
I truly about fell off my chair when Steve broke out the umbrella ☂️
So did the cocktail 😄
@@FraDonaghyMusic the mixer got me.
It went from looking bad to looking like a horror movie. 😂
Steve never misses a chance to get the "last detail" into the video. Bravo.
The utility pickup waiting in line expressing approval with the flashing lights is what got me :) :) u know they saw the whole thing.. apart from the disclaimer that the bottle was mixer, not rum :)
I was living in a van when I found your channel, and it made me feel so much less alone during one of the hardest times of my life. I love you brother. Thank you for being you.
I am with you brother! Currently in Canada here and working on making my little corolla liveable. Not because I absolutely have to but because I choose to. Until my off grid hone in the woods is done, my car will be my temporary full time residence. I work as an arborist and plan to camp near out jobsites. Best of luck and God bless! 🙏

@@hanklee1722 I hope things are looking up for you, or start to look up soon! You are not alone. Best wishes to you.
Been homeless a few times in my life and this channel makes me feel a lot better and kinda more prepared? about that. Plus, the whole concept of stealth camping is urbanex-oriented fun. I think a lot of the detractors of this weird, niche content miss those two points
No one should ever make fun of your steering wheel tray! You whipped it out and docked it so effortlessly! I immediately asked for one for my birthday.
That is a fact
Yeah I want one.
I have one just like it for each vehicle. They are a game changer. I got mine at Ollie's in the US.
@@SonOfAdolf oh shit. I go to Ollie’s almost once a week. I’ve never seen them there. I’ll have to keep an eye out!
Hahahaha, I work for BC ferries and couldn't stop laughing. Good for you Steve.
The mocktail segment was absolute Gold standard Steve Wallis. You're a legend bud
The drop - I died.........
That steering wheel table!
I love this dude, I have camped in odd locations all around B.C. and the way he pulls off his stealth overnighters is very familiar. I spent the night near the Prince Rupert ferry terminal waiting for my cousin twenty some years ago, socked away in the woods in my aluminum pole scout tent smoking hash and reading Stephen King till every hoot owl and leaf rustle was either the stripes come to toss me for vagrancy or hellspawn out for blood. Good times!!
Hi Steve, 5 years ago I lost my beautiful partner of 18 years to brain cancer and pretty much gave up on life. Your videos and love for life through your own adversity as given me the motivation to start living again, thank you so much.
Hey Gavin! Glad to hear you're on the mend and also glad that Steve's videos have inspired you to start getting going again. Steve Wallis is a great man, and dare I say an excellent role model. I like to think that no matter how hard things are in life, we can over come and find a new happiness for ourselves. Good luck mate and keep on keeping on!
Sorry for your loss. I think I know how you feel. Lost my lady of about 15 years 5 months ago. About a week after she passed I ended up in a hospital.
They gave me blood thinners because of a couple of clots in my lungs. That almost killed me. Lost about 1/3 of my blood sitting on the toilet. I thought I just had bad diarrhea.
All beside the point. It's hard to recover when ya don't really care about living.
If not for a chance call to my sister in law, I probably would of left the hospital in a box.
When your love dies, it's the worst. If she'd run off with a friend, one can temper the grief with a little hate.
Losing loved ones is such a challenge of living. Prayers and love to you.
Keep going, never give up on life...camping has helped me a ton! Without camping 🏕 I wouldn't be here today...and now...time for a stealther! 😅
@@robertdeen8741 Did your SIL help you? She was great if she did.
That food truck is so good and the lady that owns it is very nice. Us locals drive from all over the sunshine coast to eat there. Glad you had fun Steve. Take care.
Steve, My wife and I had a stillborn, nearly full term baby this week. Our lives have been shattered. The entertainment from you and Mav has really helped through these times. Thanks for all you do for us. Your reach is far and wide.
- Thank you everyone for your kind words.
- Thank you so much Steve.
So sorry for your loss, I hope you heal!
Loosing a child hurts so much. God be with you dealing with your loss.
So sorry for your loss Kurt!! I hope you and your wife will be ok
Sending you love Kurt. I am so very sorry. Big hug to your wife. Yes, Steve, Mav and a few others are balms for our hurt souls. Distraction is part of the therapy we need during these times. I've just prescribed Steve to my sister.
Soo soo sorry for your loss 😟 I really hope you heal and one day, can look forward. Sending some love from Sweden
The way Steve looks around paranoid while making his pineapple cocktail in his car cracks me up! 😂
Oh snap, he just spilled it! The poor guy...
I laughed so loud
With an umbrella!
The whole mocktail part of this video was pure gold. From the first sight of the pineapple to the "every time!" following the spill. 🤣
6:18 “this probably looks bad from out there” dude turns on his lights**😂
"Cocktail hour!" Proceeds to pull out basic cocktail equipment..... Steve is an absolute treasure 😂
I wish i'd had one of those tables when I was a traffic control/flagger, so many meals had in work trucks LoL
I never thought hanging out with someone in a parking lot all night could be so enjoyable, but here we are ♥
Happens when you have a close friend temporarly living out of their car.
try "living in a van down by the river." its interesting and enjoyable too. go ahead, do a YT search for it.
Some of my best memories were had hanging out with friends in a parking lot. Nothing better. Those were simpler times though
The fact that you can put an umbrella on your drink while keeping a strait face! Such discipline!
Hey Steve, we are worried about you… We can only imagine how hard the Christmas and New Year period must have been for you and our heart so goes out to you dear man ❤ Really hope you’re doing OK, you have so much love and support from around the world… We hope to see one of your great posts up on here soon, God bless you Steve ❤️🥰🙏
Im not sure what happened, but I'll be praying for you Steve❤❤ dont explain it. I'll keep watching and figure it out
Hey Buffy, love your surname!
The subtle chuckle after the employee leaves is exactly why I watch this channel. Doing no harm, but bending some rules and getting away with it. Heh.
One of these days Steve will be in the middle of telling some convoluted and improbable story about picking up an unreliable passenger with no cell phone to some random public servant and they are gonna say to him, "Quit lyin' to meh boy, you're Steve Wallis. I seen you on RUclips." LoL!
"Waiting someone?"
"Yeah actually my friend was about to arrive but he didn't call anymore and i-"
"Another stealth camping steve?"
"Another stealth camping, yeah"
I wasn't laughing at the food tray, I was laughing at the fact you're the first person I've ever seen cut a pineapple in their car. Also a food truck in a high traffic remote area is freakin genius.
Hi Steve. I love your videos. I think my favorite one was the one you camped in the roundabout. It seems weird but I just lost my husband a couple of weeks ago. He went in his sleep which was a huge shock to me. I just a]sat there for what seemed like forever not believing what I was seeing. Now everyday is a struggle without him at my side and I watch your videos. Especially the stealthy ones can be funny and a goood laugh is really hard to come by theses days. I know you’ll probably not see this, but I wanted to thank you for continuing on with these videos after the loss of your wife, it makes me think that maybe life can go forward without your soul mate by your side
So sorry for your loss! 💔
Your husband will always be there with you. Keep living your life just like he would want you too and keep a big smile on that beautiful face of yours. 🙏
Sending blessings to you. Xx

I'm experiencing extreme food and drink envy here. That burger and poutine looked amazing. I couldn't help but giggle when you were cutting up the Pineapple but when pulled out the shaker and little umbrella I completely lost it. I need a good laugh and an escape from the drama of the day. Steve, I live in Powell River! I wish you'd come up here, my back yard is perfect for stealth camping! And yes, I can report that food truck is VERY worth it.
Also yes, "trying not to draw the attention of BCF employees" is pretty much an occupation up here.
Steve, fellow Edmontonian here. Just wanted to say that when I started watching your channel, it was all your recent videos. Just watched boondocking documentary with young Steve. Never realized how long you have been making content. The evolution of Steve Wallis is the best. Please keep doing what you do. I work for the BC Ferries, and now have a great understanding of how Saltery Bay terminal looks and operates. On my first visit, I’ll save room for the food truck!
that was the earles cove side ...its a Taco stand at saltrey bay I heard...
I spent a lot of time homeless in my youth and too bad youtube and Steve weren't around in those days. Cutting corners, finding loopholes was a 'have to,' thing in those days. I found out early on that I was a lot better off camping than trying to stay in a super dangerous budget motel and environs. Probably the dodgiest thing I did for shelter was pitch a tent on a tavern rooftop that went unnoticed for 3 months. You're such a nice guy I doubt that the authorities would do much even if you were caught.
Wait, what!? You lived on the roof of a bar?! You have to give us the story!
@@nimblemix agreed
I used to climb up my high school and pitch a tent up there for a night with the boys, 3 months is pretty long....
The heater and air conditioner did not break down while I camped on the rooftop. When I was finally noticed, the owner gave me a job on the condition that I wouldn't camp there again. There was lots of wasps and spiders, no shade so not much upside.
My ex-husband had stories about living on the roof of a hotel on Hollywood and Vine. He and another guy lived up there, and I don't think they were caught. Or maybe they were, at last, and had to move on. Early 1970's.
Steve, I lost it when you opened the little umbrella and couldn't stop laughing. Thanks for making these videos. I always get happy when I see an update from you, makes my day.
I did something like that in 2014 when i was cycling around the baltic sea.
I had to wait 48 hours for my boat from Tallinn to Stockholm and camped next to the ferry terminal.
Could see all the ferries come and go.
