Woke up after first use, it was 4 pm and now it's 9 pm
Hi man, I know you don't know me but I wanted to thank you so much, I've been dealing with nightmares all these weeks because of stress and trauma dealing, sleeping poorly or not sleeping at all for days and days, and this was actually the first night I slept well, I was actually afraid of sleeping today too since my nightmares are really vivid and realistic and I have a deep sleep Wich makes it hard for me to wake up when I'm already in them and hard for me to fall asleep again once I wake up feeling like I'm having a heart attack and crying, but I decided to gave it a try because I was so tired and why not, I has nothing to loose and I've been avoiding sleeping for three days now because of how scared I am, but your video really helped me, I didn't wake up trough the night like other days, and actually had really nice dreams today and got an opportunity to rest, I woke up less anxious too, really, thank you so much

I love to dream with the tv on, I can sometimes see how what's playing on tv is interpreted by my dream. Is there any thing that is more adventure focused and less about relaxation and going to sleep?
