I didn't lucid dream but i could actually feel myself falling asleep. I legit used to think relaxation didn't exist. my body is always tense even when falling asleep. Tonight i finally learned what pure relaxation feels like and it was bliss, like sleeping on a cloud.

      I understand that completely!! :)
It was only after finding meditation videos like this and the sleep/ meditation music videos, did I fully experience peaceful relaxation. :)
Before bed/sleep, after waking up, or whenever I need a little calm, I listen.
I find it truly wonderful!! :)

This is absolutely bonza. :D After doing this meditation for a couple weeks I finally had the first lucid dream. It started off as an anxiety dream. Then I realized it was a dream and I said to myself "I don't have to be bothered about any of this. I can do whatever I want!" and I threw away the stuff I was carrying and walked away from the anxiety situation and spent the rest of the time having fun outdoors.

I lucid dreamed for the first time last night and it was kinda similar, a woman was being rude so i cussed her out (which I dont do in real life) and thats how I knew I was lucid, then I found an old friend (apparently he was an old friend but I didnt recognize him) and we talked, laughed, and cried. It was an interesting feeling.

Thank u so much, it’s been 2 years since I haven’t seen my cousins I loved them more than anything and we would not go a singer hour without seeing each other at one point we even lived together but then all the sudden they announced their moving. I am not exaggerating I have not gone a day without crying cause I haven’t had any contact with them BUT in my dream tonight it wasn’t lucid but suppppper vivid they came and surprised me on a school trip (I know random) and I remember I cried so hard and I was so happy, although my alarm went off after like 10 mins of being with them when I woke up I was crying so much and my pillow was wet from crying. It was the first time I had seen and hugged my cousins in a long time.
Thanks for reading I highly recommend this video.

I DID IT. I don't remember much but in my dream there was a part that was kinda scary. I said to myself "don't worry, remember it's just a dream" the I went "WAIT A MINUTE how do I know this is a dream???" and then I got really excited and unfortunately that made me wake up. I tried to go back to sleep fully aware but that didn't work. I ended up waking up a loooot more than usual throughout the night. Still, it's the first time I've ever realized I was dreaming!!

I tried this for 2 days. As you guys know , covid-19 is getting stronger and stronger , so I wanted to just relax and fall into the world without stress , go against my fear and just fell good. For the first time , I rolled on the right side of the bed and started thinking about a chance to get a sleep paralysis . I was afraid and i was swatty . While the guy was talking , i was afraid and bit relaxed , but i found out that i actually was not relaxed. I was praying and afraid of that damn thing . Then my mom came in and took off my beadphones. I just fell asleep swatty. When the second day ended and i layed into bed. Turning this audio on , i suddenly stood up and tell my mother about my fear of sleep paralysis . I just let ito out and made myself confident. It is just a normal relaxation! Feel that everything is ok and you are just going to enjoy. I went back to the bed and felt so good. I followed the guide and after all , I fully relaxed. I thought, that i was spinning and i felt only my soul. I did not fall asleep fully , but i am going to givd it the third try. YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU ARE NOT WEAK CKZ UR AFRAID. FEAR IS WEEK ITSELF AND EASY TO DEFEAT. ❤❤❤❤

I have been going through a difficult time in life spiritually.
Last night when I got home from my job that stresses me out intensely,I fell to my knees and cried to God.I asked God to please give me some kind of sign to guide me in a better direction.
So last night I had a dream telling me something important to do,but I can not remember what it was.I hope I will eventually remember. All I remember were seeing signs being held up telling me to do something in order to reach a better path.

I can pretty much lucid dream on command at this point but I don’t get anything out of it anymore (it’s more of an occasional thing now, for fun yk) so I use these mainly to combat insomnia nowadays and I have to say it’s the best relaxation before sleep, and the best sleep ever. No waking up, no layin in bed for 4 hours trying to sleep, it’s utter bliss.

Oh... I’ve been lucid dreaming almost every night since I was a kid. I remember my dreams every time I wake up. I can remember dreams for last week. I took flying classes when I was a kid in one of my dreams and now whenever I’m in trouble I can fly away. I know the physical feeling oh what I need to do to fly away, even when I’m awake I can describe the physical feeling of flying. I can have conversations with people who have passed away.. and realize I’m in a dream and we laugh and make the best of the time we know we have left. I’ve had to get help because I was getting my dream world confused with reality and I was starting to enjoy my dream world more. It’s hard to explain to others, I feel so much better knowing there are SOME people out there like me. 😌

I had the intent to meet my grandmother in my dream and also to be lucid. My grandmother passed away earlier this year and I miss her a lot. Amazingly, I dreamt how I was in my village where my grandma lived. I saw her, but I didnt know I was dreaming. I thought everything is real and i had this epiphany during that dream, that reality is a dream and everyone we see is already dead, what we can do is just be lucid enough to enjoy everyone including ourselves while we are alive. I guess one can say this video awakened me to reality and not to my dreams!

This morning I woke up at about 4:15am so I decided to listen to this and I can say, for the first time ever, I had a lucid dream. It was very short-lived though, which was a bit disappointing, but that was my fault. I suddenly saw the ground moving very fast beneath me as though I was flying really low to the ground - face down. I realised I was dreaming and actually said to myself "I'm dreaming! I'm dreaming and I know I'm dreaming" and it felt amazing! Then I tried to fly higher into the sky but nothing happened. That's when I started to get a bit freaked out and worried and that must be what woke me up. Definitely trying this again. Thank you.

I know exactly what you mean I posted a comment giving my experience but I’ll copy and paste it and tell me if you had something similar
The first time I used this video was last night. I swear to you I’m telling the truth and I will try to describe this the best I can. When I began to play this video as I lay on my back, I stared at the ceiling until my eyes got heavy, listening to the noice of the rain and the mans voice until my eyes began to get heavier and heavier. I ended up going to sleep without even realizing it. Not knowing I was asleep, I decided since I’m almost dead tired that I would just turn the video off and sleep in silence, but I couldn’t... I would try to reach my phone which was beside me but I couldn’t grab it, I couldn’t hardly move.. I began to feel my body float towards the ceiling and I finally came to a moment where I could look around vividly, the whole time While still trying to grab my phone, confused why I couldn’t move. Eventually, I grabbed my phone but my body weakened by my tiredness, I dropped it as soon as I grabbed it, but in my “dream”, I didn’t grab it. It lies right where I left it before I drifted asleep. When I dropped it, I felt it bump against my rib cage but it still appears where it was before, right beside my head. Confused and slightly scared I tried to snap out of this realm by shaking my head and tightly closing my eyes. As I squeezed them shut one last time and opened them, there my phone was against my ribs where I dropped it in my sleep, realizing that it wasn’t where I left it before I fell asleep and where it was in my “dream” feeling it drop against my ribs where I dropped it as I was in my dreams was actually something that did happen in the “real” world I guess I’ll describe it. Some may call it sleep paralysis but it was actually quite pleasant. I was one step away from lucid dreaming and didn’t even realize it. Hopefully, If there is a next time, I will know it’s all okay and that I’m lucid dreaming and that I will try to do something fun and exciting and attempt to control it better. If you read all of this, believe me it or not, I promise this is the truth. I can’t wait to try it agin 😊

I lucid dreamed for the first time last night, or at least this is the first time I remembered. I didnt do much except talk to an old friend (apparently he was an old friend, didnt recognize him though) and we talked, laughed, and cried. But I also said in my dream to him when I wasnt paying attention that I was lucid and it was hard to focus.
Such an interesting experience. I was to do it again.

I used this last night out of curiosity when I drifted into a lucid dream. I was in my bed and when I opened my eyes, I felt like I was floating and there was pastel sky all around the walls. I started violently shaking and swaying, and got very nauseous, and when I wake up I was still shaking and I felt like I was falling. I guess it was excitement? :P

I've been learning (or attempting such) how to Lucid dream for about six years.
I wish I could keep a dream journal, but I know I dont have the time for it. When my alarm goes off, I have to go, go, go, and I cant wake up earlier because I sleep during the day and work a factory job at night. I cant risk losing sleep.
I feel like if I could just add a journal to track my progress it wouldnt be so bad. The best I can do for now, though, is replay my dream in my head until i forget it.
I'm going to listen tonight mostly to make myself relaxed enough to sleep, but I'd like to try lucid dreaming. I've only ever had one dream, years ago, and I startled myself awake (note to self: flying first off the bat isnt exactly a great idea). Let's hope for the best! At least a good night's sleep will come from this. I love your content!

The first guided Video and it worked TWICE the first day. I wake up once the Video is over or sometimes when I realize I am asleep, I am not good at keeping the dream. But that’s something I can work on, I‘ve had lucid dreams occasionally, the first one by accident and started really trying to have some yesterday, so I am pretty impressed. Anyway, those were not as detailed as they start to become, I still remember in pictures not just the story as I usually do with all dreams

I love lucid dreaming! I taught myself how to do this when I was about 22 years old, BEST thing I have ever taught myself because I suffer from night terrors, so it helps with that. But sometimes I can't do it and I get stuck in that dream and I get "lost" and that's when it turns into a night terror, worst thing on earth, I wouldn't wish night terrors on my worst enemy. I wish I could teach myself how to stop that from happening 😞

My Granddaughter has night terrors and has had them since she was a baby. No the same as "nightmares" at all. Very hard to wake her up from them. They are very intense. Can't wake her up from them, or at a minimum it is very, very, very difficult to do so. I wonder if she has psychic abilities that are more advanced than the average person.

Try to breathe in while pinching your nose, I used that one the other day. Realized I was breathing underwater to be precise.

I always call BS on these type of hypnosis stuff.
I tried it and was completely blown away. Without exaggerating it even though it pretty much is; It felt my head was being gently rocked left and right while my body was utterly calm. Everything he said did happen from my scalp to my toes. Though..I couldn't get to the forest part it was still black and all the sensations previous was there as well. I just didn't get to the "dream" part I suppose. Maybe it wouldve been better if I had headphones?

Anonymous that happens me all the time but not anymore since I've found out how to control it. You can't let it beat you. You can do it right when it happens but it'll take a few minutes. When it does happen you can either blink your eyes and you will wake up, or try and snore or snort and you will wake up as well. Now he is a trick into turning that into lucid dreaming because sleep paralysis is the step before lucid dreaming.. all you have to do is calm down and take some deep breaths and keep telling yourself you're going to lucid dream and count backwards.. Within a few minutes you will see colorful waves and they'll start to become like shapes and you will enter your lucid dream. The most important thing is your imagination! When you are trying to enter a lucid dream always imagine you are somewhere safe and with plenty of love and light in your heart and you can never do wrong. You will always end up at the right place and you will do amazing things in your dream. Good luck and lots of love and light

This one was an interesting experience for me. I’m not 100% sure if I lucid dreamed as I always forget my dreams a lot but I think I experienced sleep paralysis because I couldn’t move my body but I felt awake but asleep at the same time. I tried screaming too to test but it didn’t work. It wasn’t scary, it happened to me once before and it was scary. I actually felt kind of out of body. The thing that felt more interesting was at one point I felt my body fall, only way I can describe it. I remember just one part of my dream from the very begging and it was several people by a green wooden door that was open and they waved me over, I shove my head no. All in all, interesting. I didn’t expect much but something happened. I’m going to try it again tonight. Just thought I’d share my experience. Awesome and relaxing video!
