    I’m sorry to say my subconscious and I are not on speaking terms. I was extremely uncomfortable yesterday still recuperating from giving birth to a stone. I multitasked while listening I passed another stone. So listened again at bedtime didn’t make it till end or even middle I think I heard yellow helps create serotonin and I guess it did but didn’t have good dreams in spite of wanting to. There’s always tonight.

I'm trying to save up for the hoom band but something always happens ,life and inflation are taking up the funds right now,soon I hope to be able to get the hook band sending ❤from California!!     I have quite vivid dreams, they don’t start out as nightmares but end up so and often jolt me awake, then I am often awake for hours to calm down. After waking from one with my heart racing decided enough was enough and found this video, the difference has been amazing, dreams are still vivid but are calmer, if something starts going wrong I can find my way out of it even though I don’t usually lucid dream. My Fitbit sleep stats show a difference, there are less awake times being recorded.
