    Thank you for this excellent video. Just a quick question. I see on the push pull machine here that there are 5 plates mounted.
    To simulate the full 70lb required for the test, how many plates of 10s should I have on the machine?

      The weight is 70 or 80 lbs, depending on what test.

    For the push, do you permit cross overs? or only side steps?

      PARE Test - you can cross over for both push and pull. COPAT test - Only side step/side shuffle.
