Keep the airstrip. Make it a destination for camping pilots. Yes, that’s a thing. 🥃🤘🏻
Market the strip as a stopping point for the Bush Planes, have a regular fly-in, camp under the wing or in the cabins you’ll build….. it’s a great location keep the strip!

Congrats. My suggestion would be start planting trees and bushes to separate the sites and offer a bit of privacy and some shade!

Omg people could fly in.. i was thinking small planes would pay to land, pay to oark and either rent a cabin or contribute positively in ways ♡ love it, def keep and expand other areas for now how exciting and beautiful legacy for the babies♡
Air Camp will be a big time boost in business. My friend has a jet and told me he wanted to do an air strip camp ground since they do not have many options right now.

Other cool things you could do for revenue:
• Host a legit music festival
• Host events with other RUclipsrs where you teach skills workshops or have meet-and-greets
• Do that thing where you can invest and get your name on a brick in the road or on a park bench or something
• Host an Adventure Race!
• Partner with a home building YT channel and build a cabin in a week, record the whole thing, and document the whole thing
• I could go on...
So uhhhh can we brainstorm more often? These are LEGIT good ideas

Call the building “The Hanger” and make it a clubhouse with an airplane theme, definitely with a photo or two of the previous owners and their plane. People love history and a good story.

As a person who is not a pilot I think you should keep the airstrip, as it will allow pilots to make an emergency landing if they suffer a problem while in the air.

Keep the hangar doors. Open them up in the spring and fall. Close them when it’s too cold. The building can be the office , recreation area, entertainment area, all in one. Liked, subscribed!

Congratulations 🎉🍾 if possible I’d kept the airstrip. I used to fly into The Harris Ranch in CA and have dinner and spend the night then have a great breakfast pick out a few steaks to go and fly back home. I think fly in parks are cool. But on the other hand more RV pads pays money, maybe even some long term spots. 1000s of ideas going though my head. Wishing you guys the best, and if I’m in the area I will for sure make your RV resort my stop. 👍🏻
