What a saga! Welcome to the Sacramento area.
I’m sorry you are having back issues. I imagine you’re seeing a doctor, right? My daughter is in her 40’s, an ultra runner, in great shape. She injured her back in April, and it took until last month before she could run again. I say this just to illustrate how difficult and debilitating back issues can be. So, advocate strongly for yourself and see however many doctors it takes in order to bring you back to full health. ❤️

I have seen a doctor and a specialist yeah. Taking care of the back is really no joke.

Seems to be a theme...you are the 4th person I have heard about hurting their backs in the past 3 weeks...my hubby was one of them! Hope it is SO much better now! Good luck with the reno...can't wait to see how it turns out!

Not sure if you have already, I'd totally recommend consulting with a chiropractor and see if that helps your back.
Not a bad idea! I’ve been doing intense heat and cold and deep tissue massage. It’s replaced it somewhat so i can now be upright and be normal. The back is no joke!
Feel your pain. At least you didn't totally lose it like I did. Was backing our rig into our driveway, was already POed because of something else and jack-knifed to sharp and shattered the left rear fender of my F350 Platinum pick-up with DRW.
Until you are totally ready for business have you thought about having a "Harvest Host" section where people can boondock in exchange for helping get the place up to standards. Or maybe a couple of Workampers. Free site for a couple of weeks of labor and maintenance work. Not too many though maybe 4-5 couples, still have to have paying guests. Just some thoughts to save labor costs.

Plus if u get 50 gallons of fuel they give u a free shower card good for 7 days. So if your a van dweller u can pull up by the truck pumps and get on the cb radio and ask if any body has a extra and most of the time they will b glad to shower u with one. Get it.?

Wait… did I miss something… So what hit your window? After seeing that turn where it wasn’t hitting… almost looked like a 2x6 went through. Love the sound of tempered glass … probably had a thing coating to keep it from exploding all over. I was hanging a glass shower door once and it literally exploded in front of me into thousands of little pieces. Luckily I was wearing glasses and only a few minor cuts on one hand. Unlike you, I just stood there not moving and my sloth brain said, “Whhhhaaattt thhheee ……”. Prayers and hope that your back heals quickly and doesn’t give you too many reminders…. Exciting times! The RV industry is booming. I think of you keep the Airfield and add some stationary RVs pilots could rent, ya might have something real special there. I’m not a pilot, but I know one that likes to land at these type of fields with his small plane. Usually has to pitch a tent by his plane. Best wishes…
Ya normally it can’t turn sharp enough to touch the truck but apparently the trailer tires got stuck we think and as the truck kept turning, the trailer for whatever reason didn’t! It cracked hard enough to put slight pressure on the window.
This is a great idea about the airstrip and permanent rigs for the pilots

Somehow the 5th wheel stopped moving so as we were backing up, the turn angle was too sharp that it barely pushed against the back window 😬😲

😂 sorry that was probably confusing!! While turning and backing in the trailer it must’ve gotten stuck on the grass. It’s never turned too sharp in the past but somehow we turned too sharp and our 5th wheel barely pressed against the glass while turning and backing in and that was enough to crack it

Yes, we called in the ambulance cause my dad was in pain but they just told him to rest for a few days.

@@TheJurgys Take it from someone instinctively trying to juggle a lot on a daily basis, that does not end well
look up basic yoga for complete beginners. It is all a young lady in some kind of orange little tight thing that she’s wearing doing the stretches don’t pay any attention to that just do the stretches. It’s 20 minutes long they’re very very easy easy stretches. I am in my mid-50s and I have had two major severe herniation‘s at the same time. I was told that I would never walk normally again. I’m doing pretty good now between those stretches there that I just told you about and just basic walking I got myself back to a close to normal so I’m going to get. If you don’t take care of your back now trust me when you’re in your 50s you’re going to be in a whole lot worse shape.
