      I’m the same age and even when I had a shoulder strain which took weeks to go, I could still find exercises I could do without using the sore arm. Now back to wielding 2 -3 k weights! 👏

    struggling with staying active, your workout routine caught my eye. The upper body focus is exactly what I need. No dumbbells initially eases me in, appreciating the warm-up. Adding Aspect Health consciously into my fitness journey. Your encouragement resonates; the 14-day challenge is a great motivator.     Hi Schellea, I'm a 68 yo paraplegic woman in the US. I love your 15 minute arm exercise routine. I can do all the exercises from my wheelchair. I do have some shoulder problems from overuse, and I do not have control of my abs but I try to do the best I can. I need to keep my arms and shoulders strong. Thank you for being such a motivator.

    I made up my mind that today I would get back in to the workouts . Thanks for being there it does help a lot to feel my body getting strong again. I use to workout at the gym six days a week. But things changed and now I am home more. So this is what I needed to get going again. The arm workout is a 10+ Thanks for the good routines .

    I am a 75 year old ambulatory wheelchair user because of a neurological illness. Therefore I had to adapt so of this as I am not able to do these excercises standing up. I am stubbornly independent and that is why I look out for upper arm strength training from my usual UTUBE work outs designed for wheelchair users. I have enjoyed doing this, even with the adaptationsions🎉

    loved this. I haven't been exercising regularly for a while SO I;m proud of myself so 10 for me even though i had to drop the weights for the last 2. THIS WAS A great WORKOUT FOR MY ARMS - TIRED BUT NOT HURTING. :) THANK YOU

    I am a75 ambulant wheelchair user, so I had to adapt some of these for my own safety but it was a pleasant change from the wheelchair weight exercises that I usually do 😊

    Added this on to another arm one and really enjoyed it. I loved the back ones and chest as I'm not great doing chest press and rows, so this was great alternative. Fantastic music ..really really enjoyed these tunes.
