Hi Schellea, I'm a 68 yo paraplegic woman in the US. I love your 15 minute arm exercise routine. I can do all the exercises from my wheelchair. I do have some shoulder problems from overuse, and I do not have control of my abs but I try to do the best I can. I need to keep my arms and shoulders strong. Thank you for being such a motivator.

I have done this one twice and it really felt great!
I made up my mind that today I would get back in to the workouts . Thanks for being there it does help a lot to feel my body getting strong again. I use to workout at the gym six days a week. But things changed and now I am home more. So this is what I needed to get going again. The arm workout is a 10+ Thanks for the good routines .

I am a 75 year old ambulatory wheelchair user because of a neurological illness. Therefore I had to adapt so of this as I am not able to do these excercises standing up. I am stubbornly independent and that is why I look out for upper arm strength training from my usual UTUBE work outs designed for wheelchair users. I have enjoyed doing this, even with the adaptationsions🎉

I am a75 ambulant wheelchair user, so I had to adapt some of these for my own safety but it was a pleasant change from the wheelchair weight exercises that I usually do 😊

Added this on to another arm one and really enjoyed it. I loved the back ones and chest as I'm not great doing chest press and rows, so this was great alternative. Fantastic music ..really really enjoyed these tunes.
