Luv your videos! So I just got mine and washed it The hair is lovely but air drying is a nightmare. It’s so hard to straighten this hair. It will look good in a ponytail or up. Help!

Dear, Upgrade Aura is made of Burmese hair, so it will turn wavy after washing. We suggest you try hair straightener to straighten it. If there is any issue caused by it, we are so sorry.

I have a suggestion for you, I have several Aura toppers and agree that straightening can be a process! Once I shampoo I use a straightening spray (John Freida 3 day straight) generously, then lay Aura on a towel, brush straight and allow to dry flat, this will cut down straightening time, SIGNIFICANTLY ♥️ hope this helps!
