This was very helpful! I'm getting Aura and its my first topper. Now I just have to decide on espresso or natural black with brown. The truffle brown looks absolutely stunning on you!❤

I must say that if I buy a 14" I don't appreciate it if they send a much longer topper because it means I have to take it to a hairdresser to get it cut. It would cost more and it's inconvenient if I deliberately choose for and buy a shorter length. If I have to cut it myself I might ruin the piece and I don't have a stylist nearby who even wants to cut a hair piece because it doesn't grow back if they make a mistake. So please @uniwigs send the length we have bought. Not everyone wants or can wear murmaid hair.
They actually send consistent lengths. I was mistaken. They measure from nape - different companies measure different ways. Some measure from top of head, while others measure from bottom. It's important to check with each company before ordering. Apologies. My mistake.

Thanks sooo much for this review! I just found your channel yesterday. I’ve been watching a ton of review videos. I’m really nervous to take this next step, I’ve never worn a topper before, but my bio hair has gotten so thin that the extensions I’ve worn for the last few years just aren’t enough anymore. I watched your reviews of Savanah and Courtney, and almost ordered the upgraded Courtney, but now I think you’ve sold me on this Aura since a realistic looking scalp is important to me, and my bio hair is naturally wavy too. But I love the dimensions and highlights on the others, does this come in that Mousse Brown color? If so, this will check all the boxes of what I’ve been searching for in a topper.

I was literally going to write the exact thing. This will be my first topper. I'm terrified and sad. My natural hair is curly and I ky hitss just below my ears. I'm hoping I can make this blend with my curls. 😭
Why are there no ashy browns? Everything's too dark or look red on me.😢
I feel this comment so much as a very ashy haired girl. I agree - there just isn't enough out there for us. Dimensional pieces will help, but I'm with you - we need more cooler tones.
Would this be a good topper to cut bangs, given it is only 110% density? I am not looking for a thick bang, but not thin one either, somewhere in the middle I guess?
I don't know how heavy of bangs you're thinking, but the skin top construction would definitely do well with some bang. Hiding the transition area makes life so much easier!
Hi! I have this exact same topper in same color but 12 inch. My bio hair is naturally wavy/curly and is in between chin and shoulder length so it shows through in the back. How was the coverage on the back after you washed aura? Did you see less bio hair?
This is a great question. If you leave the piece wavy, it definitely provides better coverage, but most toppers do not provide full coverage unless you go with a larger base size. The Uniwigs Savannah, for example, is 9x9, and that pretty well covers all of my hair. I hope that helps. Sorry about my delayed reply.
I just ordered this one. Question: Since this is human hair, wouldn't each topper react differently after a wash, since different humans provided the hair?
Absolutely. There is likely a mix of hair in each topper to begin with, but Uniwigs uses Mongolian textured hair in these toppers. All of my uniwigs toppers with this style of hair (I have 4 of them) dry wavy. 😊
The density is perfect does it lay flat on head?Does the color have warm?
I do find that it lays fairly flat - maybe not as much as a mono top, but the realistic scalp makes it worthwhile.
It leans warm. I'm very ashy, so it isn't a perfect blend for me.
Does it lay flat better than the savannah?
It is definitely thinner than Savannah, so I would say that it does lay flatter.
