I really love this one on you, so pretty! It reminds me a bit of Dalgona, perhaps a lower density. Love the colour. I too thought it would have a pink undertone to it.

I wasn't willing to go down this road for long time. Extensions? Sure. Root powder? Sure. Contemplation about a full hair transplant? Sure. Thoughts of committing to Minoxidil for the rest of my life? Sure. A wig? No way! Someone might find out! When I write it all out, it sounds crazy, but when you're in it, it's not so crazy to feel this way. Your feelings are valid, but if you're thinking about all of the above minus wigs, consider giving them a try before committing to #3 or #4. You might love alternative hair in the end. You might not. I don't know why I waited so long to do this. Well, actually, I do. 🙈 I didn't want to film myself in a bathing suit. I didn't want to do it in a public place. I didn't want to try it only to ruin a wig. There are about a million reasons why we don't do things, and most of them come down to fear. Now that I've tried it, I am kicking myself for waiting so long. Here's what I loved about the experience: ✨ The wig dried super quickly, and it dried beautifully. I have literally never experienced the feeling of good hair after a swim before in my life, and I want to feel that forever. ✨ It was not uncomfortable at all. I've worn human hair on water slides before. It was always fine, but the hair felt a lot heavier on me once it was wet. This felt much lighter and more comfortable somehow. That said, I was wearing a headband with the human hair, so I'll need to try that again in a new test. ✨ The wig gave my scalp protection from the sun. ✨ Unlike human hair, the fibres will not fade in the sun or turn a different colour from the chlorine. Here are the steps I suggest to make this successful for you: 1️⃣ Wear a piece that you are willing to part with. Nothing happened to my wig, but I do feel like having a designated swim wig puts my mind at ease. I would not swim with my favourite daily wig because I'm sure that the extra wear and tear will shorten the lifespan over time. 2️⃣ Wear a wig grip for security. 3️⃣ Start small. Build up your confidence in your backyard pool or even in your bathtub. Though you see videos like this online, nothing will give you the same reassurance as your own experience, so plunge your head underwater by yourself or with your most trusted people around. 4️⃣ Consider recording it. It was actually neat to look back and see how good the piece looked at all stages of the process. 5️⃣ Wear your favourite accessories. This isn't a must, but I went in completely bare-faced. If you're new to wearing wigs, it's always best to put on your first wigs with your regular makeup and/or accessories to get a complete look that is most natural for you. I typically don't wear any accessories while swimming, but having some jewelry or makeup to make you feel glam in your wig might help you as well. 6️⃣ Go in knowing that, at the end of the day, it's your decision to wear the hair or not. Though this was a positive for me, we're all on our own paths when it comes to hair loss and alternative hair, so do what feels right to you. I have started using rogaine faithfully and bought the Elite irestore helmet to help keep what I have BUT I am learning to leave it in the hands of God In the meantime I know wigs can really help our confidence as it helps us feel like US again. Hi just found your channel and I'm really enjoying your videos. I'm not a newbie the wigs I've had to wear them daily for quite a while now due to extreme hair loss and illness. My main concern always seems to be finding a quality human hair wig for caucasian skin. Its always going to have super black knots( even bleached), lace too dark, and black hair color. I do not understand why it's so hard to find a decent brunette coloured wigs. I simply just can't afford anything starting from 500 knots and that's unfortunately where you find those kind of wigs. Can you offer any advice or shed some light or guide me in a direction to finding a normal looking wig? I don't even care if it's pre-owned that wouldn't bother me.
