    Ha!My sister said that!She moved and I didnt see her face to face for about 9 months.When I saw her she had lost all this weight.I asked her how she did it,and she told me she was broke and couldn't eat out😂

    When I gained weight I didn't look as cute as you. You are beautiful at both sizes, but it is best to be in a healthy state. Glad you got in shape. ❤

    Wow, you’re results are amazing!! :) Do you have any recommendations for slimming lower face bloating/fat? My face has always looked chubby (although I’ve lost 12kg, I want to lose a few more) and I was thinking of getting liposuction next time I’m in Korea because I haven’t had much luck with botox or lasers :(

      I’ve had luck with eating low carb and watching my salt intake. Idk about you but carbs and salt makes my face look “bigger”.

      Gurl eat chwing gum i swear it makes your face much slimmer and search for face workout it meight help you

      Have you tried Kybella? Botox and lasers will not help with facial fat loss.

    Literally like same even though my boby is pretty average but I have fat on my arms and face( not alot) and neck so It made me look so fat like i hate it so much😔 no matter how much I do arm workouts it just doesn't work.
    Girl I understand u bcz when I try to diet basically starve my myself I literally gain weight and when I snack around all day I exactly don't lose weight but I also don't gain weight

      Running works for me. Buildinf muscle alone will give you muscle but you will not see it. In my case Inhave abs bit the fat covers them. Try jogging for 2 miles or one every day, then do some push ups and situps and you will loose most of the weight. I am at a lost when it comes to loosing belly fat, but I know I am going to have to run at least 3 to 5 miles. As of noe, I can only do 3.

    My friend is dealing with eating issues. She eats like 1 thing a day and not even a full meal, but the thing is she doesn't eat everyday. So she would not eat for like 3 or 4 days until she gets shaky. She says she feels bad for eating a lot one day so then she doesn't eat and just works out. What should I do?

    When I say I wanna eat one meal a day people say you are sick it is so unhealthy and come you have to eat something...you are skinny enough but I think I'm not but they don't expect and they don't care 😢

    Lungs suck but help me. Also I love to run or Jog. I find it funny that one cheat day and I cam fro. 197 to 200 pounds. I also lift weights so I cant tell of its fat or muscle. My main goal is to loose the stupid stomach fat and try to get a six pack a near impossible task.

    Please be careful with the one meal a day. That is restrictive eating. Three meals a day is healthiest.

      Nah not true, if anything it’s healthier you get to snack on healthy things but eat once a day is fine

      Nutrients are key, meal frequency isn't. Look into intermittent fasting.
