Wow my hands hurt so bad this morning am 37 weeks pregnant and it's been bad this past month with pain every morning, Just did ur video and my hands feel so much relieved tysm
I’m so excited that I found this video. I’ve been experiencing carpal tunnel since about halfway through my 2nd trimester (I’m currently in week 27). I’m told it will only get worse, and it’s already pretty bad at times. I’m wearing a splint but that doesn’t seem to be enough sometimes. I will start doing these exercises and stretches everyday. Thank you!
Thank you for the tips. Its really helpful. I have just done these for 2 days and found the difference. Feels good thru the night as well in the morning.
I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I have had carpel tunnel for a few weeks now and it's bad. I usually practice yoga but everything is so hard for me now. Thanks for posting these I will do them every day
Thank you so much as well as the yoga video without downward dogs! They hurt so bad with my hands as swollen as they have been and I'm so happy to finally find some relief!!
I am so happy I came across this Video. I am only on week 11 and having the issue. Made me almost cry couple of nights back. Will definitely try. I do have this issue even before pregnancy and it elevated with dengue fever last December. Hope it will work
I am healed! I will tell you the steps I took to treat carpal tunnel syndrome!!! 1) I prayed to Jesus! I ask him to heal me in his mighty name! 2) stop drinking sugary drinks (soda, juice, etc.) 3) drink lots and lots and lots of water! 4) do the exercises throughout the day and before bed 5) sleep on your back with a pillow under each arm or whichever arm has carpal tunnel. ( this might be hard if you are a side sleeper but just put your mind to it, it works!) 6) think about how you are sleeping and how your wrists are being placed, and try to keep them straight or slightly bent ( relaxed) 7) Be thankful, and have faith that you will be healed :) I'm feeling great! I had a great sleep and woke up without pain; I am so happy! I pray all of you follow the steps and feel better!
Ty so much for this video! Felt numbness in my index and middle finger and I’m 6 months pregnant and I just did the exercises with you and I’m feeling feeling in those fingers again! It helped so much! Ty!
Hi, I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome during my pregnancy (started around 33 week and continues, now 36). Everyday I am doing your exercises for carpal tunnel syndrome and three times a week I am doing pregnancy yoga for beginners. Could you recommend me another video with yoga/pilates safe for pregnancy carpal tunnel from your channel so that I have something different to do :) Btw, you are doing an amazing job, I am working out with your channel from the beginning of my pregnancy. Thank you!
I’ve had Carpal Tunnel since the beginning of my third trimester and it has made it almost impossible to do things. In the mornings when I wake up it is always the worst. I will try these every night and see what the results are.
Oh no Annemarie :( That sounds terrible. Are you wearing a splint at night? I hope you get some relief and would love to hear how it goes and if you find particular things helpful. I hope the pain goes away for you 💞
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I haven’t been wearing anything. I did tell my OB but he said it was normal but didn’t recommend anything other than to run hot water over my hands at night for a couple of minutes. I will definitely let you know. Thank you.
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I have tried everything , like hot water splints at night or sometimes rest of the day, I m in my 27 week and recently encountered with this CTS from last week and made everything impossible to do , like I cant even hold a glass a water to drink, and the more pain is towards fingers (their joints) and palm, rather than wrist and I feel like my hands are dead 😭 definitely will try these stretches
I guess Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly forgot my account password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me
@Calvin Nathaniel I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Holding my arm up in the air and massaging down the arm just made my fingers more tingly with no relief...very frustrating that nothing seems to help. I feel defeated...this is soooo painful!
I am suffering from this since 18week of my pregnancy. Its very painful condition.tingling numbness of my both hands mostly in 3 to 4am morning wake me every morning.unable to hold this
I have a large amount of deep scar tissue on my upper arm. I was mauled by a dog. I suffer from carple tunnel all day long in this one arm. Could the scar tissue be a factor? Is it normal to have one hand irritated more than the other? My other hand curls under my chin at night, but other than that I have no issues with it feeling numb or tingly.
