I love your channel! Please refrain from making pale skin sound terrible and undesirable. Your skin is beautiful and, yes, tans are the beauty standard in our current culture. I am also a victim to our culture and use self tanner. We should think about what we say about something natural about our bodies and others' bodies though --- this is our natural skin tone and in my case I will never tan as a redhead. I have worked all my life to not take negative comments about being too pale personally. 🥰
I wish tanned skin wasn't part of our beauty culture. I grew up out west, without using sunscreen. I have had several skin cancers removed and have taught my daughters that tanned skin is damaged skin. Unfortunately, only 1 of them believes her white skin is beautiful.

As an avid gardener and Houston resident, I can tell you you will regret the rubber boots. I strongly recommend a pair of old hiking boots (leather preferably), they will keep you protected and your feet will be happy. I made the mistake of wearing shorts/t-shirts clothing due to our grueling summers, but my legs and arms ended up with scratches and it was not pretty. I learned that gardening is so much fun but the wrong clothing even if it’s super cute can ruined everything for you. Have a lovely day and keep gardening.
Interesting...I wear rubber slides in the garden. I find it so hot to wear boots of any kind.
I wear hiking boots, as well, after a trial and error with rubber slip-on boots. 😊
I also garden have rubber boots but like my hiking boots better. They protect my ankles n more support when doing heavy work. Even if it’s hot I wear long pants for legs protection n of course a hat.
I wear hiking boots that are about 30 years old!!!! In the yard/garden. They give me solid grip and balance. Plus, really protect my feet/ankles. Definitely not pretty but very practical. 😊
Clothes get very dirty gardening. I just wear old clothes, and old running shoes which I keep in my car. (I drive to a community garden.) Having said that, I loved seeing that adorable pink shorts set with the boots and hat!

As a true petite person: 5’1”, most Walmart pants & dresses are too long for me. So frustrating! I can’t wear heels anymore. Really great pieces!! ❤

I’m 5’ 1” too. I seem to do really well w Walmart dresses: except for the “maxi” lengths (usually by Sofia Vagara); most reach me at or slightly above the knee, and the “midi” lengths are great as they’re almost maxi but hit me at a flattering point above my ankle. The pants/slacks though are, indeed, problematic for me length-wise.
Marnie, keep the trays in, it's perfectly ok with us!! You want the process to go as quickly as possible!

Hi Marnie! It gets MUCH easier speaking with the Invisalign as you go along! Going out to restaurants and traveling with them becomes much easier as well. They are totally worth the headache though when you see the results in the end. I started with mine back in July last year and what a HUGE difference!! Well worth the money and time investment!! 👍🏻

Marnie, both you and my 34 year old daughter are just starting the Invisiline. She became a mom on Christmas day and decided that (after I put braces on her as a kid) she needed to start again, since she never wore her retainers the way she was supposed to. I think they are amazing! Way to go!
Oh, and thanks for talking about the bugs in Texas. I'm in Georgia and have already killed four copperhead snakes while working in my yard this spring! I never stick my hands into ANYTHING. I carry around a machete!

I have just purchased the navy version of your lovely blue stripe on white, and it IS much larger than most XS from them!!!! Very good to know. Based on how it looked online and even on the hanger in-store, I couldn't visually see that at all. Thanks to you, I got the proper size, which even then was generous! MOST helpful.

I ordered the plaid shirt in#1 (saw it on your instagram) and I love it so much. Medium fit perfect. The flutter sleeve shirt and parachute joggers in medium were both too big. Will reorder as well as some more from this video including the shorts and yellow dress 😊
I really liked the yellow dress and that tote bag. I just love the color yellow! The pants that have the cords at the hem to turn them into joggers are hard to find at my store near me, so I would have to order them online. But those are so cute, too!

I love my Muck boots, cheaper ones just didn’t work with the humidity and overall comfort over time. I’m in Oklahoma. I really love the Duluth Trading Co Dry on the fly line. They have some fishing and sun protection shirts that I throw on over the top of whatever shirt I’m wearing.

A few summers ago I bought about 10 bathing suits from Walmart. Almost every time I went there to buy some eggs or cat food I couldn't help but buy another bathing suit. They have so many and the price is right!

Hello - really like outfit #3 with the Jordache jeans - Didn't know Jordache was still in existence - it's been around for at least 45 years and looks like they're cut better than they used to be. Same for London Fog - like the bag and outfit #3.

I wore the Sofia dress for Scarlet Night on my Virgin Voyages cruise this past February. The only change made to the belt was to remove the plastic buckle, which was a strange color choice IMHO. It was great choice and packed beautifully.
Keep the Invisalign in cuz I'm sure filming would use up a lot of your "allowed" break-time from them!
I'm so interested in those Scoop linen blend pants but would really like to try them on. Haven't seen them in my nearest store though. I did just buy that blue ombre/color fade tank top and the plaid shirt, which was on clearance for $10 (both in store).

I’m always so excited to see your Walmart hauls, mainly because I know that your impeccable taste will be in my budget.
I’m also a lover of Chico’s and was eyeing the striped square neck tank. I laughed when I saw that it was from Chico’s AND it’s already in my closet. I just need a bit of tailoring because my 5’6” height is mostly in my legs. (I didn’t connect those dots until this year.)
Did you mention your inseam length? Your legs look very long and you look very tall, although you “claim” to be 5’4”. Haha
I love that dress by Beach Lunch Lounge and I know that brand cost around $70 at Nordstrom's! I was also surprised to see dresses by Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Vince Camuto and Jessica Simpson. I haven't shopped at Walmart in a while and it looks like they've turned into Macy's! Are designer items not selling in high end department store, because of the increased prices?

Congratulations on your headphone purchase. I wish they’d work with a bike helmet but then I suppose that wouldn’t be safe. I stopped even wearing any headphones while I road cycle. Some autos like to mess with you by revving suddenly or inching. Texas laws have adapted much for cycling but it’s still within the driver’s hands to choose safety.

Can you do a video on your invisalign experience? I'm a couple of years older than you and need to get invisalign to fix a couple of teeth that moved over the years since I had braces in my teens. I'm really scared and have been putting this off for 5 years now. Any advice appreciated. Love your videos, have been watching you for years for your relevant, relatable content.
I am an elder and have had the same experience. Braces in my younger years and teeth shifted. I got Invisalign and have had good results. Find out the best in your area and go for it! I am almost done with mine but had to have some refining so wearing extra trays for a few more weeks at no charge. I am so happy with my results so far!
Well…I’ve only had them a week so if you’re willing to wait 18 months then I can let you know how it goes. There’s nothing to be scared of. The only advice i have at this point is to find a good orthodontist-don’t go through a dentist or some clinic. You want someone who really knows what they’re doing.
I have never ever been able to buy jeans from Walmart that you present even if I see your video the same day you post and rush right in to the website, for instance the white patch pocket jeans You referenced today.As for adding a new area zip code it won't allow me to do that without putting in someone else's name and address and that's just a lot of trouble. Do you think I am doing something incorrectly? It is really discouraging
Very well done. I wonder about a bunch of walmart clothes. What will they look like after a season of washing? Will they lose their body after washing? Will they pill? Are they worth the fee to shorten them? I am concerened about a closet of washed out items.
I’ve had many pieces for years and years and they hold up!

WARNING! I ordered 3 clothing items from WALMART website. Tried to return today at one of their superstores ! Had all original packaging, emails,etc . Was told they could not process return. I was furious. The cashier assisting me - said I NEVER order clothing from our website.
I haven't had problem at our local Walmart

I’ve not had a problem with returns either and had to several until I learned that you should check measurements on every item of clothing in larger sizes.
I have never had a problem returning items to my local store that I ordered online. They usually credit my same card.
