What is Mentoring? - Course Trailer

Mentoring isn’t just about one person helping another out; the whole point is to create a rewarding experience for both parties.
And if you’re in a fortunate position, it’s great to give back to the people who want to be where you are someday. This short course will explain how mentoring benefits both people involved. We’ll take a look at our attitudes to mentoring, and why we view it as going out of our way to just help someone else. But it’s something that can help us grow and develop, too. After all, we’re always learning!
