He had a pretty good response. He's not an expert at making new haven yet and doesn't wan't to pretend like he is.

That guy is a legend. One of the all time best Barstool Pizza Review characters of all time. Gotta respect the hustle of someone who works like that dude does. So glad we got to see this.

People don't understand the time and perfectionism it takes to do what that guy has done. They might just look at him and how he talks and not give him his credence. It's tough to run a business it's even tougher to run a really good one. Hats off to Nino.

Exactly -- his delivery might be over the top, but you can tell that Nino really knows what he's talking about + is super creative ... those are the keys to success + longevity

Seriously. Him having that large of a menu and so many things going on at once while being the sole owner is extremely hard.

I'm not from America, and I likely will never go to this pizza place, but it is amazing to see someone so passionate about their craft and put so much thought and effort into it, such care into the ingredients and the product their serving. Impressive stuff.

Not sure that pizza makes the 8's without the personal relationship... but I like that guy and his establishment seems very cool... I'd go in a heartbeat.
No crisp and no mention of the horrendous flop that he was holding up with a contortionist grip so yeah would have been a 7.1 without the Buddy Boost
Nah the pizza is some of the best in Northern NJ. I've lived here all my life and I'm a local. It should have been rated higher, frankly.
@@Xsi9mm Not the point, personal preference is up to you BUT Dave is all about the crisp and he hates the flop so on his ratings that would never have got near an 8 on the lack of crisp and the flop. Go back and check his other reviews

Daves scale is the least reliable on the internet.

It is amazing pizza. At least their normal ones. The one Dave doesn't like as much of course. Super flavorful and it just tastes like high quality ingredients.
