@@rhinestoneropers9204 The most important thing about trick roping it teaches not give up when you fail, it is so true you fail 99% of the time until you get muscle memory, Anyway i am so glad to just write to someone who loves his roping and his horse is part of it. This stroke has really set me back . like to share my luck with the utube live anabolic which has great super sets and tips for older men i have got my strength back to 75% an feel improvement This time going to try not jumping into the skip but stepping over it closer to the floor. Have been able to step into the loop and raise it over my head but struggle to keep it going . Will keep trying.
