I thought of a fun speed run idea I’d love to see: The road well traveled run Rules are once you leave the great plateau you can not leave or run off a road. If you slightly go off but immediately get back on (such as if on a horse it naturally runs slightly off trail but you pull it back on the road) than you’re fine. But going off trail intentionally isn’t allowed Roads in towns and buildings connected to roads are fine Goal: the run ends when link has walk over every road on the map. Side paths and towns included. (Can use hero path to see where he hasn’t gone to yet) I’d image finding a horse and surviving some areas would be very hard since you can not leave roads for any reason after leaving the plateau and I think it be a fun one to see

Actually, soloing with your starter pokemon is a fast way to complete the game. More interesting is sending a pokemon with surf ect. into a new pokemon black/white file. The only barrier to going to p 2 lab is high level wild/ trainer battles. The game doesn't block you using HMs for not having badges. I found it a fun challenge, with underleveled pokemon. I wonder how many people know it isn't badge locked, I haven't seen any discussions on it.
Speed run idea: TRON Lightbike Challenge: can you beat the game without ever crossing your own path as shown by the Hero's path? And if that's too easy, can you beat the divine beats? How many shrines can you beat? For extra bragging points, no teleporting (except the stuff that happens automatically in cutscenes). You have to walk or ride everywhere.

Actually, soloing with your starter pokemon is a fast way to complete the game.
More interesting is sending a pokemon with surf ect. into a new pokemon black/white file. The only barrier to going to p 2 lab is high level wild/ trainer battles. The game doesn't block you using HMs for not having badges.
I found it a fun challenge, with underleveled pokemon. I wonder how many people know it isn't badge locked, I haven't seen any discussions on it.

Speed run idea: TRON Lightbike Challenge: can you beat the game without ever crossing your own path as shown by the Hero's path? And if that's too easy, can you beat the divine beats? How many shrines can you beat? For extra bragging points, no teleporting (except the stuff that happens automatically in cutscenes). You have to walk or ride everywhere.
