Let me preface by saying my wife has a 2020 SANTA FE that she maybe gets a car wash once a year...I synthetic clay barred her car, put on Turtle Wax Graphene Flex wax, waited 2 days for curing even though Turtle wax says it doesn't need a cure time, Foam cannon her car and washed, dried with a leaf blower, and then applied Turtle Wax Graphene Pure Shine. My wife lost her mind on how the car looked better than brand new and has been smiling ever since...Turtle wax is slaying it price to performance wise and thanks to your reviews Pan my wife is a happy camper....Thanks for what you do...

Great review Pan. Let me preface by saying I’m a TW fan for 45 years, and a fan of their hybrid solutions line. I bought this product based on your talk with TW folks at the recent convention because I wante/needed a product with more anti-static properties. This product delivers on that claim. I’m in North Carolina in mid pollen season and this product not only dramatically cuts down on pollen adhesion but it has eliminated pesky leaf bits and pine needle pieces sticking to my car. Plus of course it delivers on all it’s other features/benefits extremely well…thank you! 😊

Hi PAN, I am from Bangalore, India, and big fan of you.
I got Pure Shine from UK and tested it on my car, dust is unavoidable in Bangalore and now with Pure Shine i see dust on my car gets easily removed faster with just a wet microfiber cloth and if the vehicle is not cleaned for 2-3 days, vehicle does not seem to be dusty which means the product does have antistatic properties and it is effective, Pure Shine is still going good even after 1 month.
I have topped Pure Shine over Ice Seal N Shine and it is an awsome combination.
Turtle team you deliver great products at affordable price.

We live on the East coast of Canada with the Atlantic Ocean at the bottom of our property , so we get a lot of salt in the air. In my opinion TW rocks.

I have several of the Hybrid Solutions line for my metallic black SUV, love them.
I bought this spray hoping the anti-static properties would work, but it failed me in Fraser Valley of BC. The good part of the spray at the end of washing/drying my SUV is that it makes the metallic sparkle. I no longer use it on my windows as it reacts with my Glaco coating and looks streaking.
I returned to your channel Pan to find an anti-static spray I can apply on top. which one?
I washed my SUV yesterday, applied this spray, this morning it was covered in dust EVERYWHERE dust doesn't dissipate after driving either, but will easily come off if wiped. I actually had to use windshield washer to remove the dust/dirt off my windshield that was clean yesterday. Its a hot day today, yesterday was cloudy.
The crosswinds are normal here regardless of the type of weather, so I need good anti-static spray as I don't have the strength & energy to "detail" my SUV to look like I just washed it every day.

I use Turtle Wax Spray Flex on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I put on 2 coats in November before heading to Florida for the winter. It's starting to lose its protection, and after seeing your Pure Shine Misting detailer review, I decided to try it. Yesterday and washed my black Jeep and gave Pure Shine a try. WOW, this stuff is incredible! Easy spray on and wipe off with zero streaking. It feels like I just put on a coat of Flex wax, and the shine is fantastic. I'll be putting a coat of flex wax on my Jeep when I return home, but in between, this stuff is worth it. Thanks, Pan. Your channel rocks.

Turtle Wax has definitely upped their game over the past few years with their hybrid solutions range but have kept their pricing relatively cheap compared to similar products from other manufacturers. This looks like a great product. I currently use Griot's Ceramic Speed Shine for my current quick detailer and drying aide but this looks like it might be a contender for a replacement! The cool thing I like about the Hybrid Solutions line is that they are detailer quality products you can buy at your local Auto parts store or other local stores.

used this on my mates Land Cruiser before heading off to Cape York at the tip of Australia. Obviously when we came home it was caked in dirt, mud, and the entire Australian bush but there was a noticeable difference of how much dirt stuck on the paint compared to my old Hilux which I only coated with Bowdens Own Happy Endings, and the amount of dust before we hit the tele track was noticeably less on my mates Land Cruiser compared to the other cars in the convoy. All I can say is I am more than impressed by it.

I'll give it a try. I'm in Texas and it's pollen season.. My car is silver but it's a green within hours of cleaning it now.
I've been using the Ceramic and Graphene Paste as a base and usually top it with Flex Wax the following day. Did that the beginning of winter. Nothing sticks to it. I keep a bottle of Ceramic Speed Shine in the trunk for the times I find bird droppings on it. It's pretty good. Picked up a "bonus size" at my local parts store.
Just did my spring cleaning last week. Used Adams Iron Remover and not a spot of purple on the paint. Definitely got some on the wheels even after cleaning them. Griot's Synthetic Clay Pad. Another local parts store had Flex and To The Max liquid at $5 off each so I got them both. This time I topped the paste with To The Max - still the easiest wax I've ever used. It's so glossy and slick. I stopped at a 7-11 a few days back for a bottle of Gatorade. It was pouring rain. As I got out of my car, the guy next to me said: "How did you drive here in the pouring rain and your car is dry?!" 😅
Within 30 seconds it was beading everywhere.
I still say for the price and being as easy to use as any quick detailer, Seal n Shine is a no brainier for in between and a topper.

Pan, I use a local auto wash here in town and it does a good job. I know you aren't a fan but at 66 yrs old it works for me. I bought some of this after watching your channel and use it after I go through the car wash. I have great results with this and have had people next to me in the vac stations ask about it. Yes I plugged your channel, LOL. but seriously, It last a long time. I notice water beading weeks after I wash my truck. I was it weekly and apply the turtle wax pure shine every other time. It's super easy to put on and take off. I quit using regular wax because it's too much of a workout for me. This stuff really works well. My truck is a 2016 ford f150. When I clean it up it really looks good. With the ease of understanding you and your way of presenting the products I'm slowly getting back into doing it myself. So far everything I've tried that you recommended has performed as you stated.

Initial information, My car is an outside car, my wife gets the garage space because she says so....I have just purchased this product after using several of the TW hybrid system products prior to this one.. I was mainly interested in the dust repelling properties. After using the product according to TW's directions and waiting for 24 hours my car seems to be just as dusty as it was before I used this product. Not sure if Texas dust is some kind of extra special nasty, sticky dust but it looks pretty much the same as the car did after using other products I've used trying to keep the dust off of my outside dwelling black colored car. I'll reach out to TW and if they say anything that contradicts the original instructions I will update this post. Love the channel!

One side of the folder micro fiber to buff in, flipped it over to buff off. It definitely enhanced the gloss (I have the Adam's advanced graphene ceramic coat on my car as well), and slickness. How does it compare to Turtle Wax seal and shine. S&S has been the most amazing detailer I've used in the last 40 years. Is this Pure Shine for ceramic coated cars only or can it be used on a regular waxed car. Best suggestion of all these great detailers is you MUST use very, very little or they will streak, and you MUST use them every 4- 6 weeks because the shine and protection will NOT last very long. I do my truck once every month with Seal and Shine and I'm still blown away by the shine and water beading it creates. Great video PAN.

Very recently bought the turtle wax pure shine mainly to test the anti static properties...NO, DIDN'T WORK!
I live in Texas and current weather is around 30mph winds with gust reaching 50mph all week. Low pollen and mold levels after decent rainfall over the weekend, but it's Texas and very dusty. I followed the directions on the bottle and parked my first test vehicle (grocery getter) outside of the garage within an hour it was thinly coated in dust.
With that being said, I would still recommend the hybrid solutions graphene pure sine over the hybrid solutions graphene flex wax. Both products boost shine and slickness incredibly well but I have not had a good experience with the flex wax spray bottles, forever clogging.
Of all the turtle wax products, my favorite is still the hybrid solutions ceramic 3 in 1 detailer. So versatile and I do from time to time use it as a waterless wash. Great stuff!

I have read (though not thoroughly researched) about the UV protection provided by various coatings. Ultimately, it seems, only the clear coat provides actual UV protection while ceramic coatings provided oxidation protection for the clearcoat. I applied ceramic protection to my '88 a couple of years ago and hope that it, along with maintainance applications, will keep the color rich and deep. As an aside: for the first 15 years or so I had a bra on it and the dramitic depth of color (dark red which almost looks like a maroon/burgundy) was significant compared to the rest of the car. Ultimatley, only keeping the paint out of direct sunlight and parked in a garage and never driven is the only solution:-(

A new car is never new until it's properly detailed.
      - at the factory, the paint defects are often corrected quickly by rotary polishing which can leave marks and holograms, so polishing corrects those, before you lock that in long term with a ceramic coating for example.
      - vehicles are then transported by truck, train and boat so they are exposed to the elements, industrial fallout, brake dust, rail dust, etc
      - vehicles are often left at boat docks (when transported by boat) or in exterior parking lots for weeks or months, again being exposed to the elements
      - at the dealership, the vehicles are almost always poorly prepped using the same dirty water that was used for all the cars on a given day, and poor washing and drying methods leading to swirls and scratches
      - at the dealership, a layer of cheap wax or paint sealant is usually applied to attempt to make the paint glossy prior to delivery. It's crucial to remove any previous protection before you apply a ceramic coating, as coatings need to bond directly to a virgin clear coat.
If you only plan on applying a regular carnauba wax or paint sealant though, you could decide to skip machine polishing, as those protectants can be applied over existing protection and it's not as crucial to prep the paint as well.
I explain all of this in this popular video: ruclips.net/video/QgoyrC-5CMc/видео.html
So you can better visualize the new car prep process, here are the steps I perform on a brand new car for my customers:

Most sealants and ceramic products contain UV protection, how good is the protection? How would you test to see which one gives the best protection against the sun's rays? There must be some brands say 'yeah its got UV protection' but it is barely doing anything. So I'd love to know how you'd test a good one

There is no simple way of testing for UV protection unless you’re in a lab environment with specialized equipment.

Thank you Pan for another great video. Purchased a bottle at Canadian Tire and will try tomorrow. Only thing i will say is to not squeeze on the sides of the bottle... i did by accident and the nozzle came off and product gushed out. lol

I am all in on turtle wax but committed to not have products collecting dust in my garage. So my car wash is turtle wax max power, 6 month ceramic is turtle ceramic spray, my drying aid is turtle wax & dry. Once the wax & dry is finished I will move over to the turtle wax pure shine detailer. I am guessing it would be a waste of product and finance to use wax & dry and then the pure shine detailer.

Pan those flairosol caps are something else. I always hang on to those empty turtle wax bottles, and repurpose them for other things. Mainly my spray on sealants.
