Garlic and olive oil are just enough. You just mix garlic with two-three tbl spoons of olive oil than put it on your nails for about ten minutes and if you're using it every day in one week your nails are going to grow about one centimeter which is a lot and I'm doing it so yeah it works

It works I do this with olive oil and garlic and wrap massage each nail for 3 mins then wrap nails with foil leave for 30 min then wash .. I will add the extra products for a boost

also, what can you do to boost the nail growth is after you massage the solution in is wrap them up with aluminium foil and leave it to sit (i usually leave it for 30 minutes). it really helps.
The same before and after thumbnail is almost always the same on all of these nail growth videos. I find that none of them work! I will still try this one but her nails could be naturally long! I really enjoyed the video though...I liked how you explained the benefit/purpose of each ingredient 🍯

garlic alone will activate the growth but i use olive oil with the garlic grind it just like she did and let it sit on my nails 30 mins

actually nah, at first it really does, but it fades away pretty fast. i mean, yeah, handsoap doesnt really remove the smell completely, but after like an hour the smell reduces. if you are very sensitive to fragrances, i dont recommend, but it isnt as bad as you think.
Lemon juice gets rid of the garlic smell or you can add essential oil to the mix and you wont smell the garlic
I did it with soaking my nails in lemon, hot water, salt and olive oil and after that putting vitamin e and olive oil together then massage it ind my cuticle. It really work my nails where growing ind just 4 days 👌

You know what? Just apply moisturizer/any common oil such as castor or coconut oil atleast 3 times a day. Don't do the dishes without wearing gloves. Eat nuts like almonds, walnuts etc. And drink water. If you do all of this you can get super healthy nails in 3 months. I know now people will say 3 months is too long but believe me it is not possible to get so long nails in just 7 days. You can search the lenght of nails which grows in a month. 👌👌💜

I'm sure this works as long you do not have to do a lot of work including your hands...You obviously don't have to wash the table cloth or you would protect it from the oil stains.

My nails do grow really fast BUT my biggest issue is that they are really weak! They can't stay long because even if they grow fast they always break. So my question is, will this make them STRONG

Isha, I'm going to give that a go. I actually have garlic-infused olive oil in my pantry so I'll add more olive oil to this and the 2 vitamin e capsules. I'm thinking that I might use some garlic cloves to rub over the nails though? Then I plan to wrap my nails in foil for 30 minutes each treatment session. Also, I plan to make a cuticle oil using much the same ingredients but perhaps adding an essential oil like jojoba.
