Mark, this looks phenomenal! I've been thinking on and off about trying to find/modify a sun visor or moon visor. I'm not surprised to not be able to find any for my 3rd gen outback, the generation after this model. Recently I've become more resolute in actually tracking down and getting a visor. I'm kinda terrified to do fiberglass work if I'm being honest, I'm afraid I'll ruin my part, but I've got some friends willing to help me. I'm going to have to call back on this video for pointers and design choices! You might be the only Baja with a sun visor, but soon I'll be the only Outback with a sun visor.
Very nice Mark! I love that feeling, that about being the only one with something! That’s how I feel about Bajas here in northwest Iowa. I’m the only one with Bajas and I love standing out in that way.

Sorry Robert, I have never even seen the visor I start with anywhere. The profile matched the profile of the Baja just about perfect. The ones I see online are straight and I don’t think would look good. Thanks.
