I think this was a lot more balanced than the sinking islands video since it was more of a challenge because the people couldn’t just go to ten different islands they just got eradicated off of one.
We would all think that C4 won’t be one of the first islands bombed. Ironically, the surprising thing that C4 is a type of explosive, but wasn’t even bombed. Well, not rigged.
I have an idea: Every 20 years, the world will change into a random modded biome. Use the Plenty O' Biomes mod to work for this. And the mod is also updated.
Also on small worlds you can actually turn rebellions on and it won't really make a difference because how they work is like village moral so if they have bad traits it'll go down and if it's far away it'll go down but if theres too many villages for the king to handle some may rebel unless a new king gets elected actually needs a worldbox democracy update
I just realized that these are all dwarves. It's nice how it's all dwarves so they're all balanced and don't get wiped out at the beginning. Also, amazing video! I love it and hope you can do some more of these.
honestly the next video you should make all 4 races again, but give dwarfs a huge crystal biome (and mountains, although i never see that helping :D), and elfs a huge enchanted biome so they acutally might compete

Had the idea if you made a map that was one long thin strip of island, and you put at least one people's on either end of the island. so it was a sort of tug o war.
How about making a race between four kingdoms? Maybe put each in the corner, and they'd go alongside the wall, getting closer to the middle? You could make it like a board game, with good or bad cards and unlocking sections with randomly generated biomes.

What if you did kingdoms of "substances" (stoners for example) and give them traits based on side effects of said substance (content gluttonous) crackheads (deceitful fast) etc.
My favourite npc Nidir who was an immortal 300 year old who survived several wars and made peace with all of the new empires….got killed in an invasion from a group of young blood lusted warriors just now 😢 I’m upset.

You should try this again with corrupting islands, the island disaster videos are fun to watch.
