That it is but executions are stayed atm i believe. This is not in ks tho. Crime was committed in Texas County Oklahoma. That's where they will be charged under Oklahoma statues. God I’m very shocked about this because my aunt use to date the son of Cole and Cora. I even met both of them when I was a kid. I never suspected them out of all people to do this. I learned about this whole case during dinner last night.
