Yes, I understand that gravity will not effect bodies in space as portrayed in this video.

Yes, this was a Monty Python sketch. Still funny, cleverly done!
1:26 Well, _that_ explains why they are falling past the *top* deck. And funny thing about space, you don't need gravity to keep a body falling. You just have to get it started!
Gravity in space is always depicted rather strangely, like it doesn't exist, but then a star collapses into a black hole and all of a sudden gravity's cranked up to the max.
If you're in space, gravity's actually pretty consistent, a bit weaker but remarkably powerful. It's the fact that you're in orbit that makes it seem like you're weightless. If I ship we're keeping itself afloat, then a person could fall off, but if that ship were in orbit, a person can't fall off, they would just float away. And if a nearby star collapsed into a black hole, basically nothing would change, it's still the same amount of mass, so it's still the same amount of gravity. The real danger would probably be the explosion from the Sun imploding.
I'm glad I'm not alone thinking this was very python
Creative mix, editing those together.
EXCELLENT
Is the audio taken from a skit? Has Monty Python vibes.
