The first house can you get a private backyard if you aren’t on walking path? How much are they going for? HOA dues?

Yep, you can have a privacy fence on the sides. For holes that back the park and have the view you are mod 800’s with the HOA at $800 per year

Homes that back the park are sitting in the mid 800’s. Interior lot homes can go as low as $625k
