Moving out of Boise this spring but it's a great place to live and one of my favorite cities I've lived in! Small town but the access to hiking is un-rivaled when comparing it to cities its size. I look forward to visiting Idaho in the future!

We may be talking soon after my recent visit. Something without HOA as I checked a few new tracts and after reading the CC & R’s, no thanks.
Yeah some of them are pretty stringent. It’s hard too when the developer/builder is still in charge of the HOA. Wound love to connect and help

I’m having so much fun in Los Angeles. I’m getting another house back. I’m gonna put all new flooring paint outside paint the inside. It has a swimming pool. It’s so warm out right now. I get to go swimming. I can go to Mount Baldy the beach Universal Studios I can go to Las Vegas. This will be my third house. I’m getting back. I live right next to the San Gabriel Mountains. I can go hiking bike riding I can take my challenger Azusa Canyon Road doing Azusa run we have mountains we have deserts beaches. I can take my charger up Glendora Mountain Road. It’s so warm out right now.
