You should occasionally show maps in your videos. For example I'd love to be able to visualize where that peninsula was. You don't have to go crazy, just a simple image displayed for a few seconds over part of the screen would be really appreciated. Loved the video regardless. The Philippines is an amazing country.

Since you talked about the Death March and you were already in Bataan, you should have gone to "Dambana ng Kagitingan/Shrine of Valor"... The shrine was built to honor the Filipino and American soldiers who fought against the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II.. It's a big cross on top of Mount Samat. Even though it's on top of the mountain, a vehicle could go up there. The view is nice and you could actually climb the big cross.

About the Bataan Death march, there are photos showing two Americans carrying one guy on a hammock attached to a bamboo pole on their sholders. Backpacker magazine had a article about the Bataan death march and the current run in the desert to commerate the WW2 march. Several survivors where interviewed about their experience. Most said it was luck and the will to survive that got them thru it. One found a hat to wear to reduce the chance of heatstroke, one guy secretly dranked a can of condensed milk on the march ,another said he was wearing a new pair of socks. The Filipinos did try to help, but the japanese prevented it or shot them as well.
Was quite the trip. Will have to come back for another visit 😉🇵🇭

@Sabbatical I believe the man from t=13:37 was saying "Nuclear Power Plant" on Bataan.
By the way, thank you so much for staying in the Philippines. I hope you get to visit us again soon as I enjoy watching your videos. Keep safe, kaibigan! And please keep making videos!
Shout out to this brother❤✌️
You have gone so far with many followers.
