As for translated YA fantasy I'd recommend the circle by Mats Strandberg and Sara Bergman Elfgren, it's a swedish urban fantasy about a group of witches. I read it a long time ago but im pretty sure it has lgbt rep as well!
As a kid, I loved the inkworld trilogy by Cornelia Funke which was originally written in German, I think you would enjoy it! It is however definitely aimed at younger children, I would categorise it as middle grade

Oh I'm so happy to see A Winter's Promise mentioned here! It is so rare to see a recent french book noticed to be honest! Haven't read the last (4th) book but there's been a LOT of disappointed fans over here. Which shouldn't deter anyone from reading the series, the 1st two books are so new and interesting. To me it felt like reading a Miyazaki movie, with references to Greek and Norse mythology 👌
Libba Bray seems to always do an amazing job of exploring modern day issues through the lens of a fantasy story, i haven't read the series you mentioned (but will have to now) but I LOVED what she did in The Diviners!
Ooh the Gemma Doyle trilogy❤️ my favorite in high school and it doesn’t get enough love now. I loved all the different female relationships within it plus the gothic feeling was perfect And you definitely sold me on a winters promise. I’ve been eyeing it because the fan art is filled with dramione vibes, but I didn’t know there were gods involved
The Prophecy of the Gems by Flavia Bujor is a YA fantasy translated from french, I think of it fondly and considered it a favourite when I was 13, but that was about 14 years ago, so who knows!
Another Terry Pratchett Discworld novel for YA (or technically for kids I think?) is the Amazing Maurice & His Educated Rodents. And also although they are more historical fiction, I would recommend both Nation and Dodger which are non Discworld. Nation especially was a particular fave for me :)
I am currently reading The Winter Of the witch. Love it so far. I had a few issues with The bear and the nightingale, such as the fact that the forms of discipline being used almost border on abuse. As well as the constant religious references being a little overwhelming. But i adored book 2 and am enjoying book 3💘
A Great and Terrible Beauty sounds fantastic! I also really loved Girls of Paper and Fire, I need to read the 2nd book sometime soon too! I just picked up Akata Witch and can't wait to get to it!
If you haven't read Graceling, Fire, and Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore, they are by far my favorite YA fantasy novels. Each one is a companion to the others, so the characters might cross over but each book stands on its own. Fantastic characters, world-building, magic system, romance, mystery...they literally have it all. Also recommend the Books of Bayern by Shannon Hale, which are kind of a bridge between middle grade and YA and have the most gorgeous, lyrical writing style!

It's the first book in a series by Licia Troisi, an Italian writer. And it has dragons! haha I thought you'd enjoy it; I know I did, back in my teens.

Not sure if you've already read it but I feel like you would really enjoy Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones. It's really magical and full of unique characters to fall in love with but also extremely funny and silly with some wonderful romance on the side!

The Inheritance Cycle was one of my go-to series as a teen too, and I absolutely loved it and would RPG fan-fiction of it online, hoho. I was also absolutely hooked by The House of Night-series by P. C. and Kristin Cast, and I'm curious to see if a re-read these days might yield the same results. I've been eyeing Dread Nation for a while, but I really need to pick it up now after the high praise, along with A Curse So Dark and Lonely!
I have been really enjoying YA fantasy as an adult as well. Recently, I have started reading The Old Kingdom series by Garth Nix. The audiobooks are narrated by Tim Curry, and I have just been binging them. Another YA fantasy series I have discovered as an adult and love is The Queen’s Thief series by Megan Whalen Turner. It doesn’t have a lot of magic but it’s another world with gods that like show up every now and then.
Yes, the world building in A Winter's Promise is pretty unique, but I just couldn't get attached to Ophelia's character or her fiancé. And I don't believe in their love story at all. Very disappointed in this book.

I recently read and loved Katherine Arden’s Winternight trilogy, based on Russian folklore. I think you would enjoy them on the basis of this video :)
