terrific upload Sara Gilbert | Business Strategist & Coach / Stratège d’affaires & Coach. I smashed that thumbs up on your video. Always keep up the excellent work.
Thank you! Today is the first time I've heard of the Karpman triangle and then your video popped up. I feel excited to transcend and become a leader, coach and creator. Much appreciated!
A great book on how to stay out of the drama triangle is Melodie Beattie's "Codependency No More". We don't have to participate in the triangle like you say. By becoming aware and letting go of these roles when they are not necessary. The "persecutor" in the best form is a coach, the "savior" in the best form does help someone that needs it and can't do it for themselves, the "victim" is someone that can't actually help themself. It's when we compulsively play these roles and make up triangle stories and place people around us in these roles, or when someone else creates a triangle, we step into it....that's when we are in trouble.
Thx for the feedback, we see it both ways. In NLP this is how it's presented mostly. but I'll research to see who puts it the other way around. Thanks for taking a moment to share your comment with me. Means a lot.
Great info! Your speaking volume is going really low and the end of your sentences, hard to understand. Cannot turn my volume up high enough to hear you well.

Your Triangle is out..The victim should be at the bottom of a inverted Triangle as a one down position..
interesting, that's always how I learned it, do you have a video explaining the other way Sue?
the triangle is supposed to be inverted. You have it upsidedown

Yes I found it very hard to hear, had to turn the volume up very loud but good info
Awesome video!
thank you!
It's persecutor - Not prosecutor.
👍🏼
your triangle is incorrectly drawn - there's a reason for how it is set up
Hello Mark, interesting comment. I've always seen it that way. How did you learn it? I'd love your insight!
Thanks!!
