We're gonna drink some beer ,smoke some pot, smoke some coke, I still have this video , I love the slow mo parts, the music, everything, early to mid 90s videos were the best
This played everyday in my V....C.....R.....! This is what set riding off again in those days in my opinion! There was that dead era after the GT, Haro, Mongoose, Redline, PK, Ect era of neon, racing, and selling out... Bikes were light, broke after one bunny hop. Forks, headtubes, cranks... All broke if you dropped the bike.. S&M came out with the fat drop outs, headtube gussets, pitchfork, ditchfork, grind sticks, ect.. Riders just wanted to ride street and bigger jumps! Back before rhythm sections... When you would go to the bike shop and look up high on the wall and aee that S&M frame and fork... Those 3 piece cranks behind the glass... The HP 48 rims, with sealed catridged bearings, crome... So you can use 990's...bending the brake lever for 1 finger action... Hells Yes! S & F...ing M!!!
19:49 blastin dirt jumps to frank black doing x up tables, im 16 years old and this got me more pumped and stoked than anything else nowadays, just wish more kids my age would appreciate this generation we built our sport off of! s&m for life!
I love seeing the old footage of Mission Trails. I rode there every week during these years. It was so cool being a 13 year old kid and getting to hit the trails with riders like these legends.
This is the first bmx video I ever saw back in the day I must have been like 10 years old I must have watched this like 1000 times and I used to sing all the songs haha back then I had a haro shredder then changed to an s&m dirt bike when I got older awesome video thanks for uploading brings back some good memories haha
Awesome vid! My brother brought this home from the snowboard factory he was working at up in Washington state, and somehow it made it into my rotation. I've had it ever since, and it's always inspirational and educational. From the riding, to the music, and Moeller's description on the Jane Pratt show of how the hardest part of his day is deciding where his facial hair ends and his chest hair begins, this video is the complete package of 90s bmx attitude.
this video brought back so many memories, I bought a Holmes frame in '92 and started digging lips into every hill in my home town. We used to pay to race just so we could blast off the "big" set of doubles or whatever the track had, Chris Mueller and Dave Clymer were my idols
Been waiting about 30 years to see this. Too broke to purchase it this whole time. Worth the money! And the wait. Anybody got the whole episode of Jane Pratt
I heard about op ivy from this video at 11 and gorilla biscuts. I got the gorilla biscuts bmx jersey at 42.. also i realized you guys used the song clean cut american kid before crusty 3 travis pastrana part s&m always the innovator
Cool to see this again! A bunch of friends and I used to mail order bikes and parts from these guys back in those days. You couldnt get anything near that quality, at the time, in Canada.Really strong reliable bikes.I still ride an S+M 24.
Awesome i just want to thank you for uploading this video its been along time since i've seen it and brings back the probably 500 times of me watching it…back when i was 12 riding my s&m holmes to witch i still have and will not part with today! punk rules~
44 and just started racing again, I got a Steel Panther on the way. I got this vhs when it came out. Love S&M. I liked this video but that made it 421 likes, so I unliked it to keep it at 420🤘
Hey mate the song is called I Am Right. Sonic Youth are doing this cover, but it was originally recorded by Saccharine Trust on a 12" 45 called Paganicons. Hope this helps. Stay Rad!!!@@19thestuff82
Superchunk - Fishing Now if somebody could tell me the band that covered S.O.S. at 26:48. I played the shit out of this VHS back in the day. Loved riding Twin Palms too.
