What a chill place for a delicious looking meal. That oxtail soup is way different to how my old Irish granny used to make it. Hers was as dark as 2 o'clock in the morning and stick to your ribs. Fantastic with fresh baked sourdough.

Do you have any Jamaican restaurants/takeaways near you? I’m from the UK but the Jamaican places here seem to have oxtail available all year round. It’s also available in most butchers. Funny thing about oxtail is that up until maybe the past 10yrs oxtail was considered a throwaway cut of meat and very very cheap like pennies. Now it’s grown in popularity it’s become very expensive 😠
