Earl Grey Cookies (vegan) ☆ アールグレイクッキーの作り方

Ingredients:
100g pastry flour
20g tapioca starch(you can use pastry flour instead. I added starch for more crunchiness)
40g cane sugar
50g oil
20g coconut milk
1 tbsp earl grey leaves
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. mix all the ingredients.
2. let the dough chill in a freezer for 30 minutes.
3. slice the dough evenly.
4. bake them at 350F / 180C for 15 minutes

「材料」
薄力粉　100g
タピオカ澱粉　20g
きび砂糖　40g
オイル　50g
ココナッツミルク　20g
アールグレイ茶葉　大さじ1
バニラエクストラクト　小さじ1
ベーキングパウダー　小さじ1/2
「作り方」
１、全ての材料を混ぜ合わせます。
２、生地を冷蔵庫で３０分ほど冷やします。
３、生地を均等にスライスしていきます。
４、１８０℃のオーブンで１５分焼きます。
