Ingredients:
100g oat meal
50g rice flour
40g walnut
50g maple syrup
30g oil
1 tbsp matcha
Instructions:
1. put oats and walnuts into a food processor and make them into small pieces.
2. add all the rest of the ingredients and mix using pulse button.
3. shape the dough into your favorite shape.
4. bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy!!!

「材料」
オーツ　100g
米粉　50g
くるみ　40g
メープルシロップ　50g
オイル　30g
抹茶　大さじ1
「作り方」
１、オーツとくるみをフードプロセッサーにかけます。
２、残りの材料を全て加え、混ぜ過ぎないようにパルスモードで混ぜます。
３、好きな形に生地を成形してください。
４、160℃で20分ほど焼いたら出来上がり。
５、エンジョーイ！！！
