Thanks for the recipe! I had to substitute some of the ingredients but it turned out amazing. -Teff flour instead of quinoa -Emmer wheat flour instead of chickpeas -Dried orange peel instead of fresh - and I forgot that you only used 50 g of sugar and used 60. :D
I will just put qinoa and chickpeas into my highspeed blender and pulverise it. Coffee out of my Italien coffe kettle should be fine aswell. This is a freaking ez recepie that i will try tommorow! :D

Seriously though, watching this-- especially the beginning with the flours-- reminded me so much of mixing glazes in ceramic class. Except without a scientific scale for exact measures, and a lot less liquid, and (big plus!) it's edible! PS If you did a video about mixing ceramic glazes I would so watch it.

i already have the chikpea flower at home (in algeria we call it "karantika" we use it to prepare a traditional recipe witch has the same name ), i replaced the quinoa with a mixture of flower and wheat bran (next time i will try it with rice flower) now it is in the oven and it smells heavenly good and delicous can't wait to taste it . thank you sooo much for the recipe

I've just made those scones. I have to say that I'm a little bit disappointed... (This is for people who plan to cook those scones) The texture is good and the overall aspect is okay BUT I don't know the ground chickpeas have a REALLy strong aroma. So it's a bit too much. I would have replaced that by another type of bean. Second - Don't use a chocolate above 60% or the aroma in your scones added to the chickpea one will ruin your scones Third - I don't know if it's just me but I think that there's really not enough sugar in the recipe (of course it depends on your own taste ) Well good luck
