I have to defend Hybe in when you said that Hybe has yet to respond how come did they let MHJ to have that much power over NJ members and groomed them. Let us be objective here. You have a company branch in which everything seems to be allright so only positive information reach you. If there is a problem on relation employer-employee, Hybe would know about it only if employee fills complaint. As they did in case of employee B. in case of se*al harassment complaint. Hybe reacted professionally and immediatelly, according to the law and corporate culture. How would they know if MHJ lied to them since employee B decided to leave Ador and gave up from fight after she realised that MHJ backs up abuser and works against her? Hybe couldn't have known about this. But Hybe reacted properly as soon as they recieved complaint on table. They reacted and demanded this case to be properly investigated and solved. They concluded the case based on information they had at the time. Could they go harder on case? Yes they could and face lawsuits that they harass a co-ceo of their sublabel over things that they couldn't prove at time (Hybe wasn't yet investigating MHJ's Kakao messages at that time.. ). How could Hybe know that NJ were groomed since not even one of Ador's employee informed them about it? And NJ members keep following MHJ as a cult leader? Hybe couldn't have known it. Don't forget that Hybe wasn't aware about true nature of MHJ till it was informed by a whistle-blower about what she was plotting against Hybe. And ONLY THEN truth about NJ being groomed and under a Stockholm syndrome came out. Since then Hybe tries EVERYTHING to support these girls and bring them to their senses. But they refuse Hybe's help. I think that we have to be fair here and admit that Hybe couldn't react because Hybe was completely isolated from what was MHJ doing in Ador. Since Hybe's corporate policy was not to interfere in business of their subunits, they weren't looking for hair in the egg because they had no reason to. Everything seemed fine. Till a whistle-blower faced them uo with unpleasant truth and Hybe started investigating it. Let's be fair. In this story, Hybe is as much victim of MHJ's malice as are members of NJ. I'm not here to advocate for Hybe for no reason, I'm advocating for Hybe because I can't stand injustice. Like majority of us here that raised our voice because enough is enough and because together with BTS also we helped to build this company from scratch as loyal consumers of Hybe's "products", merch etc. We have a just moral saying in this matter, too.
What did Hybe do to support the girls after everything came out in April/May? I cannot wrap my head around the fact that the messages by MHJ insulting NJ came out and she was proven to be a bad person by trying to take Ador away from Hybe. Why would you stay with someone who insulted you?
@@OrangeKittyMeowMeow It was already late, NJs were isolated by MHJ from other HYBE artists, they had no friendly relations (only challenges, but they never mentioned friendship with artists, colleagues of HYBE, as others did) with HYBE artists. MHJ was against their contacts with the HYBE artists, was against the girls starring in BTS’s video, even participation in the Grammy exhibition was rejected by MHJ, despite the fact that all the HYBE artists were there, MHJ was initially opposed to the fact that ADOR, ND is part of HYBE, and she thought about separating them psychologically as well. Therefore, they no longer trusted HYBE, but were completely psychologically dependent on MHJ and perceived information only in its interpretation, and then their parents added fuel to the fire. Also, if you read the messages of MHJ, she tried to mention everywhere that only she created them, and in 2-3 years the suggestion worked. neither can one help those who refuse help. No matter how hard one tries to support NJ HYBE, if they don’t want to, there is no effectiveness. I think HYBE most likely asked them not to comment on this conflict online, but they didn’t listen. This is what I've been thinking too. People said HYBE should do this and that regarding Ador when the fact is; Ador is a subsidiary which MHJ emphasized that OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY. MHJ even blatantly told reporters during the PC that she did things without HYBE's knowledge, which means MHJ doesn't submit truthful reports to HQ. We are not talking about Grandparents who live together with their children and grandchildren in a normal-size household. No! There are about 1000 employees working for HYBE Korea alone and many subdiaries all over the world. In business, you can't expect HYBE CeO, a CEO of a Conglomerate to poke his nose on all the subsidiaries (and yet, ppl kept blaming Bang Pd who doesn't run the daily operation of HYBE anymore). This is not a medium-size company anymore.

This is interesting, because you can interpret the lawyer's argument as "against" Min HeeJin, in the end. If, "no matter the court's decision, Hybe was hurt by MHJ", that makes us conclude that MHJ was malicious and purposely hurt HYBE, BTS, Ador and New Jeans. WTH?
And it's also clever, but very telling, that they made a point in disregarding the court's decision, as if they already know that the court's decision will probably be against MHJ and are making preemptive remedies to validate their points once they are proven to be "true". Lawyers can be spectacularly dumb, especially when it comes to matters of psychology. The argument that Hybe should have kept MHJ as CEO of Ador while ‘recovering’ the NJ girls fails the common-sense test at first look - the problem is her personal influence over the members, so unless they removed her from the picture there was never going to be an opportunity to work on normalising the girls’ relationship with the company. You can’t ‘de-program’ someone who is still in the program.

BTS, their management/company, and ARMY are a group I'll name "💜Team". This Team has existed for 10+ yrs. 💜Team has Dedication (D), Intelligence (I), Mutiltalent ((BTS) M), and Support(S). Without DIMS, 💜Team doesn't happen. There're a lot people who want to be part of a "Heart Team", but they don't have DIMS and it's just a copy of 💜Team. Because I don't know one BIG company ( any actually) that will stick their nose in another employee business ( youngster or not) and state "we are sending you to see a psychiatrist/psychologist ". The parents would have to get involved. The employer do not have the right unless it is part of a contract for periodic psych counseling, I would think.
The biggest lesson that anyone can learn from all of this, including all the drama with other groups, is that anyone can be replaced! I remember when I was younger and working hard thinking that I was irreplaceable. The lessons learned from this thinking were often very deep. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you can do, we should all be humbled by the fact that can be replaced.

Why don't they, as rational side, react and resolve this situation in which their own daughters and wifes can't think and react clearly? I doubt that all of NJ members have no fathers since single parenting is huge no-no in South Korea. Some members could be from divorced parents. MHJ could be so successful in grooming girls because of fact that they were raised without fathers. In essence, we do not know from which kind of family the members come from, however, it is true that sometimes only their mothers are mentioned, I guess to put a stronger emphasis on the role of the self-proclaimed mother (MHJ), but sometimes their parents are mentioned (I guess this implies both parents). In my subjective opinion, the parents, especially the minor member of NJ, have certainly failed because they did not immediately get their children out of that mess. The moment where the parents are mentioned the most is their E-mail addressed to Hybe, which turned out to be written by MHJ and her associate..... As a responsible parent, I wonder how anyone can write anything on my behalf unless I have agreed with all that personal signature. 2. The famous YT clip .... I stopped believing in fairy tales a long time ago .... one day we didn't wash, brush hair, without make-up, we slipped out of sight so that no one would know and we decided to do all this live, tame everything is written in a mini-script so that something is not left out in the speech. Again, my subjective opinion, everything irresistibly reminded me of the abbreviated version of MHJ's first press conference.....include logic and make parallels.....everything is well thought out and the cocktail is ready ...And the pattern repeats itself .... The biggest issue is NJ's CONTRACT with the company....I emphasize who signed the contract, the time frame is important and who are the actual signatories....I assume that the signatories are Hybe and NJ's parents, because the members are minors (in my country, no one can suppress a contract with a minor, it can be done by a parent or guardian (adult).... let's go back to the time frame... at the beginning of this year, MHJ asked Hybe to re-sign the contract with NJ.....Why, if there is already a valid one...who should be party A and who should be party B! ????? MHJ in one of her kakao messagec said something like: "if letter is signed by parents Hybe can't do anything because parents aren't contracting side" ... this is eating me since then. Who signed contracts for NJ members? If parents signed them# and this is the only logical solution since all NJ members have been minors then, then patents ARE contracting side. He was the sweets at the beginning and then sloooowly changed that. Everytime I was close to leaving he was cute again. They make you dependent in a way that you feel sick at the thought of leaving them alone. I was scared of leaving cause I thought he would k*ll himself and be lonely. He mentioned it … not directly but close. Enough to put the fear in me. MHJ does a similar thing. She said stuff like „the girls were worried I would be dead „ etc. Not that she threatened to end herself but maybe they fear that she wouldn’t be able to take care of herself cause it all is too much for her. Its really sick and twisted. Only after I read a blog about others who had narcissistic partners I realized what I had gotten myself into. These people are also impossible to treat with therapy cause they actually think they don’t have a problem. So it was easier for me to leave. But it took therapy and years after that to heal. You have a company branch in which everything seems to be allright so only positive information reach you. If there is a problem on relation employer-employee, Hybe would know about it only if employee fills complaint. As they did in case of employee B. in case of se*al harassment complaint. Hybe reacted professionally and immediatelly, according to the law and corporate culture. How would they know if MHJ lied to them since employee B decided to leave Ador and gave up from fight after she realised that MHJ backs up abuser and works against her? Hybe couldn't have known about this. But Hybe reacted properly as soon as they recieved complaint on table. They reacted and demanded this case to be properly investigated and solved. Because I don't know one BIG company ( any actually) that will stick their nose in another employee business ( youngster or not) and state "we are sending you to see a psychiatrist/psychologist ". I learned a bit of Japanese and since the grammar is similar to Korean, I tend to machine-translate Korean into Japanese first to get a better feel before checking the English translation. It helps so much.
