Why is this political figure feel that k pop work place issues more important than a manufacturing desaster resulting in death and personal injury? Is he heartless or Dior cover up part 2? Poor Jin has been carrying Hybe ln his shoulders. Hobi is coming home to a house fire. International Army's gear up there are more battles to fight to protect BTS / Hybe.

Because the political figure used the manufacturing desaster already for a photo op and was called up on it - it's in this vid pretty early.
To be fair BTS is not directly involved in any of this. Which does not mean we do not have our work cut out for us.
The new CEO of ADOR wasn't even in power when that member of NJ (should have) complained.
Luckily Kim Joo Young is an HR (human resources) expert. I don't doubt that she can play this game. Especially since they did investigate the claim and found nothing/little.

I think Hanni’s comment and her feeling of being bullied just shows how entitled and hypocritical she is. She can’t be ignorant of all the hate Illit and Lessaferim received due to MHJ comments surely? No wonder the manager advised his group to “ignore”her or to “let it go” - the Korean translation could mean either meaning. He was probably worried that one of the members of Illit might be upset with Hanni and say something upsetting and be upset themselves.
On the point about all the negative press Hybe gets. If you want to talk about workplace bullying surely this is a prime example of other companies and newspapers being jealous and envious of Hybe for not playing the game ( bribing people playing golf and making little deals here and there) AND still being extremely successful. The “boys’ club” is being threatened by HYBE’s success so, of course, the want Hybe to pay both metaphorically and literally

It’s like Hybe is going to spend forever defending themselves, it’s weird how obvious all the lies, deception, complaining, backstabbing is but Hybe always has to prove they’re innocent…is there any penalties for all the bad…if MHJ & NJ are found to be lying? So frustrating the amount of crap from them constantly!

I don't really understand why there are so many haters of BTS and Hybe. Suga was hounded and harassed by the media for such a minor infraction. Hybe keeps getting painted as an evil corporation by K-media and seems like they want it to go bankrupt. I am not a Hybe fan but its fair to acknowledge that Hybe has done a lot to bring Kpop to international audiences. However, there is just so much hate and criticism.

I think this is an interesting season for HYBE. I believe that in 2025, HYBE will be on the other side of all of this nonsense, MHJ will be thoroughly and properly sued and ostracized for her toxicity, craziness and dirty scheming, and NJ will be wherever. And then HYBE will be able to focus on business and the successes of their artists, primarily BTS, TXT, LeSserafin, GFriend and Katseye.

Democratic Party is, through National Assembly, trying to build legal case for later lawsuit of NJ against Hybe. The National Assembly is a lawmaker. If this case goes infront of the NA, this is going to prejudice the court's decision and serve as pressure on the court on the highest level to rule out that not saying hello or "just ignore her/it" is case of bullying and breaching contracts of NJ . This is what is this all about.

I feel that this is mhj’s doing, maybe one of her backers from the ‘5 eagles’ could have politicians in their back pocket and they have used this influence to get attention on Hybe as the ‘dark side’. I also think that calling in the new CEO may work out well for Hybe. The new CEO can just say that this all happened under mhj’s watch and that she’s new in the job and is currently reviewing the management of Ador in order to fix the workplace going forward. She can also cite that they have reopened the case of the sexually harassed ex employee as they now have new information that mhj didn’t tell Hybe the full truth. The new ceo can deflect all this back onto mhj.
Hanni is going to put on the tear works and those men will fall for it. Just look at their facial expressions in their video and then compare it to their facial expressions at the events after the video. You’d think they would look a little sadder at the events if they are going through it.
Maybe this assemblyman should have called on the bullying by fans online as well.

    re: Korea Herald & Soompi
On May 15, 2022, KSR drove her car into a guardrail, a tree and a power converter device in Gangnam-gu, southern Seoul, while drunk. She was reported to have refused a field sobriety test and instead insisted on submitting her blood for testing at a police station, after which she posted an official apology. The accident also broke a transformer, cutting off the electricity supply for 57 nearby businesses, which was restored within about three hours.
She was sentenced to a 20 million won ($15,000) fine for drunk driving, which she did not appeal.
Ya, we can compare the severity of KSR DUI to SG DUI. But the prosecutor will say, well both alcohol levels are similar; KSR 0.2% and SG 0.22%.
And what many people seem to have forget, KSR had a passenger, a non-celebrity female who was never identified till today. A chaebol heir? Or VVIP daughter? Perhaps. Cos only these VVIPs can call for the gov, police, judge and media to look away. One day, when this brilliant actress wins a Daesang, we can then hear what happened that night. And who was that not to be named passenger by any Kmedia. Interesting ya? We wait.

I think the new Ador CEO was the HR director when Hanni tattled about what she considers to be bullying. Also, Hanni isn't going to be the only K-Pop testimony at the hearing. But still, for them to choose her with her weak little story is pathetic. Maybe she's trying to make a case that she doesn't trust the CEO because things didn't go the way she wanted when she complained. I think this is her way of trying to get the new CEO out. I wonder who the other witnesses will be and if a few will be some of the artists who will testify against what Min Hee Jin did. Apparently they chose 35 people in total for this K-Pop harassment hearing, including the accusers and the accused.

Totally agree. The current SK gov really sucks. Always "focusing" on kpop to hide real issues: corruption, SA, SH & the recent factory fire victims.
This SK gov seems to be existing for kpop only. Oh he DUI? Let's make it known worldwide cos of our drinking culture, that's why he has to be the best example to every SK citizen. And give him an illegal photoline. Baaeball player? No need. He's not kpop. Police officer? No need. He's not kpop. MHJ's staff resigned due to SH. ah she''s not kpop. No need. NJ got bullied. Oh great! She's kpop. Let's bring it all the way to the Blue House!
    Ya truly, really, beyond ridiculous.
Also cannot believe MHJ is supported by Hyundai, allowing her to use its platform to declare that she's innocent. If she is, all of us must be guilty of her manipulative narrative. So far we can see anything not aligning with her narrative, she has Dr Stranger's power to take it down or delete. Crazy but happened already. Fortunately we all could screenshot now. And not one, but millions could see her clutching at straws now to declare that falsely, she's right - in her own eyes only. 😂😂😂

This is only to give an explaination why the present S Korean government are not protecting their biggest asset. BTS went on the conservative govermental blacklist with alot of other creative people like the director of Snowpiercer..After Spring Day. It has never been out of the S Korean charts. Its a constant reminder of BTS drawing constant attention to the Sewol Ferry Disaster that brought down the previous Conservative government. There is also the amount of power BTS holds. Throughout history no one in power likes to see the rise of another popular power. The government tried to harness that power to use it for their own. RM was pressurised and appointed to the committee for repatriation of Korean dead. However this was actually to be a very political role, and unlike RMs United Nations speeches which were his own speeches and messages, they wanted him to be a mouth piece. So we got GROIN and the line" not a fu_king diplomat". BTS messaging is very egalitarian, this is seen by the very right wing as being socialist even though in reality they are not political in terms of political partys just kind empathetic people. Jimins annual donations to education highlight governmental failures. Jimin tried to make BTS seem not such a perceived enemy by the right wing by agreeing to a publicised meeting to discuss educational issues with a right wing politician. Even recently the prime minister went to visit RMs unit and made sure the picture would also include RM. RM hates politics. Jimin is more pragmatic. He understands it, whereas RM is annoyed its even a thing he has to deal with. I have always thought when Jimin gets really old he might decide to go into politics( no idea which party) to try and continuing to make a difference. Especially if BTS impact wanes. Jimin cares deeply about the young and the really old. Those who are vulnerable who just need a little help.. That is usually the focus of most of his philanthropy.

      @ruthfischer7615 9 часов назад

The diplomat thing is more for other stuff like the "Frank Ocean 'Bad Religion' scandel".
Hell, haters intentionally misstranslated Groin to mean he hates Bang PD - just to show how they love to reinterpret him.
President Moon actually harnessed BTS energy.
      For example:
I accidently found (and lost) an interview with the political commentator and the Blue House Speaker (?) about what kind of influence BTS being at the SDG Moment for their third UNGA appearence had as a direct consequence as the media refused to report about it since Moon was going to leave his posiition soon.
      It was interesting:
For example politicians that usually have "no time" stood and watched BTS record and even asked for a meeting with the SK politicians instead of the SK delegation having to ask (and maybe not getting) for it.
There is also the story of how they gave Korean Art to the Met.
How the Met at first was not interested and the speaker said "oh, sorry. Well, we have to ask another Museum if they want it. Too bad! We planned to let (the wife of SK president) and BTS give it to you." (I'm paraphrasing what I remember - they may have mentioned BTS first - it certainly seems that this was what got them the special event at the Met.)
That is only one event of many.
RM's ambassadorship for the identifying of human remains seem to genuinely be important to him. The more recent photo on the other hand is not.
Mind you we are talking about 2 different presidents coming from different political spectrums.
Not that Moon was particular good but the new one is far worse and trying to rewind for example women's rights.

It's based on the BAC not damage.
And it seems that there is a claim that Yoongi's BAC was actually that high.
Which I find strange when you think about how fast he was on his feet again. If the BAC was that high shouldn't he have at least been checked out in the ER?
But maybe somewhere the wrong data got submitted? Maybe there was no official number but the persecutors "accidentely" took the number from the news?
Breathelizer tests can vary quiet a bit and maybe this one was broken, too?
      IDK.
My guess is that Suga was convinced that since he did wrong and is this rich it would be approtiate maybe not quiet releazing what kind of other damage this does. And this is assuming that the number was not actually that high to qualify.
Nevermind that there may be different rules to apply when it counts as a kickboard instead of a scooter (Seoulite TV made a vid about how Yoongi could likely get it kicked back to a kickboard).
It may as simple that because of minor things/small differences it just qualifies for the DUI laws and for the high fine.
He wants it over and to atone for his mistake and not going on for months in court.
The money does not really matter.
But technically he could still protest. I doubt he will.

Gives the song "Attention" a whole new meaning. These drama queens want all the attention on their minor booboos.

If this continues, Hybe could effectively think about completely leaving South Korea and move it's quarters to neighbouring Indonesia or Japan. Any thoughts about that?

Yeah! SK will be the one crying when the economy plunges so dramatically that they can never recover. Only then will they realize their big mistake, but it will be too late.

It’s embarrassing man. To choose kpop over actual life’s of 23 workers? Even if they did choose kpop. It’s high time that they looked into issues idols face. Bcz there’s lot of worse things idols went through but to ignore all that and take this girls “manager told another idol to not greet me” thing? Like what about the victim of SH? South Korea and their government is a fu*king joke.

Hybe stock is soaring? Sorry. Stock price has been 60% off it’s 52 week high in the last 2 weeks. Several times this year, Hybe has purchased its own stock to push price up. So false. Hybe stock is not “soaring”.
