Financial Apathy | Finny Kuruvilla

Investors have tens of trillions of dollars invested in private and public companies. Let that number sink in. Financial apathy isn't a lack of access to capital. Instead, as Finny Kuruvilla, Co-Chief Investment Officer of Eventide Asset Management suggests, the problem is we often don't know where our money is being invested. This can lead us to make a bad profit from companies that don't line up with our biblical values. Or as the author of Proverbs writes, "Ill-gotten gains do not profit..." (Proverbs 10:2a). This is one of the world's greatest problems that can be easily overlooked. We as followers of Christ are entrusted to be more actively involved in stewarding the money God gives us. But how?
