Chester will never know how much his music meant to some of us:( he literally helped me survive my darkest times .
If only someone did that for him:(
I'm not one to get emotional over "celebrity" deaths, but this one hit me way too hard. His music raised me from the age of 10 and related way too much to his lyrics.
RIP Chester, I hope you found the peace you never had here.
Frankly speaking, it never felt like a celebrity death, but as if someone, very close to me like a family, died.

Fitting and beautiful! When they did the memorial at the bowl. I could visualize CB sitting up on the columns looking down with that big beautiful smile. This is just as amazing as that.
Chesters voice has always been amazing in any song he does but I feel this album just proves what a beast of a vocalist he was. Makes me sad and happy at the same time listening to this album.

Every time I hear Cheaters voice I cry. This mans music raises me during my childhood. My dream was to see you in concert the year you were going to tour with MGK. Now I’m deprived of that honor. Thank you for embracing us with your music and saving so many people from depression. I miss you Chester. RiP
I'm glad I got to see him too in Cleveland in a concert called Blossom back in 2007 he was awesome.

Don't pretend and fooling yourself, there is no Chester number 2, none of his sons sounds like his dad so they would be singing like him, none of them would "raise that torch".
