  • I set out to clean my Seadek flooring in my Yar-Craft after having coffee spilt on it a few times last week and tried out a rim cleaning brush on a drill with water and SIMPLE GREEN... I keep saying Spray Nine (which I use a lot and think should work as well) but I have not tried Spray Nine yet.
    Anyways, using then same approach with a scrub boat brush did little or nothing, this little trick is money!

    Thanks mate, great tip! I spilt a can of instant coffee while on a trip, made a hell of a mess. Not only did it clean up that mess but restored my seadeck on the whole boat. Cheers!

    Thanks for the tip. My seadek is a tan and we could see every dirt spot. We have been struggling for 2 years to get it clean. We used the simple green and the brush on the drill and it worked perfect. Thanks for posting.

    Great video. What do you recommend using to get small dents out of boat mats?

      That’s a tough one if they are not coming out on their own. Haven’t experienced that with the Reflex flooring

    Good video I will give this a try. BTW- You called the cleaner spray 9 yet it appears to be simple green.

    I know this is a random question and has absolutely nothing to do with sea deck LOL but in your opinion which reel is best for jerkbait fishing the curado 70 mgl or curado 150 mgl??

    Seems like this may damage the material over time? How many times have you done this?

    • @JPDeRoseOutdoors
      @JPDeRoseOutdoors  Год назад

      Several times. The drill has a clutch so it doesn’t allow you to press too hard.

      Used this method on my boat and it works great even for stubborn stains. Used their dek magic product. Thanks for the video.
      I dripped some hydraulic fluid on the deck when changing out the valves on one of my power pole pumps. This method did NO work. I’m hoping some dawn might cut through it. The stains do not look nice.

    Man titles the vid..."no more scrubbing by hand with a brush". Proceeds to show a video scrubbing the crap out of his mat with a brush....likely removed a bunch of foam so of course it's gonna come clean. Got it.

      Marc Rodriguez. Reading comprehension is hard, his title states, "no more scrubbing (by hand) with a brush." I would also to point out, when criticizing be sure to place the punctuation inside the quotes.

      @@bayoubengal67 Yes I see you failed to comprehend the Title - as it says "OR with a Brush." And you do know what he is holding the drill with, right? How is this "easy" way any better than using a brush by hand? More importantly this "easy" technique simply removes more pieces of the mat than dirt....so if you want to wear out your mat prematurely then use this "easy" method I guess.

    There is a far better product on the market than that.
