Fame is a top level player but seems to either be a slow starter or have a hard time regaining momentum. Hats of to Teemo for being so consistent from start to finish. Teemo's dominance forced Fame to snap out of his funk.
Wakamoto also voices the JP version of Crysis 2's power suit. Also like many other JP VA's, he has his own GPS voice pack! It's a marvelous thing indeed, one of the best and venerated voice actors in the industry.
Nah man, your Cell might not be as godlike as Teemo's, but I'm sure it's still really good. Keep training and don't lose motivation, you will end up as good, even better than his Cell

As a villan i like Frieza and kid buu as the representations of pure evil characters , Cell is not even evil he just does what he has to do . I don't know i just like his splash art in this game nothing more :/
Sincrox IASH Cell is evil though, he killed innocents and tried to blow up the earth for no reason other than because he can. He's not as scummy as Frieza so he's not as bad per say. Kid buu is more like a natural disaster just violence incarnate. As far as intelligence goes the only "smart" villains from z onwards are Frieza, Dr.Gero, and Goku Black/Zamasu.

But toriyama has a problem of making actual villians. he tries to make all villians redeemable or relatable in some sense of the word. cell is more or less a comparison of goku constantly looking for a good fight and to more or less flex his title as prefect. the original majin buu wasn't evil just a child running around taking orders from babidi/bibbidi. kid buu was the just a being of pure chaos no sense of good and evil just destruction. the list goes on but the only character toriyama described as pure evil is freeza and thats because in the late 80's there was a event called the bubble which were just land shark screwing over everyone and being tyrants
