    Thank you Dr. Andrew - this is absolutely true! The amount of stress that we are all managing is both toxic and traumatic. 👏 it’s been really helpful to have you offer new skills and reinforce physiological tools. Your helping me/many others. 💪 the detailed description and demo here is extremely helpful 🌺 and I have been finding that implementing the many valuable recommendations that you’ve offers - and your education us about the biology/neurology/science. 👏 … and I love that you have described your own personal experience with how you’ve been using these tools!

    10:22 "what if your present is really awful". Although I agree with his idea of using body to gain peace but if someone is truly rooted in present moment then it won't be awful. Present moment , in my opinion, means that neutral state from where you can do your own creation and solve problems. I greatly benefited from Wim Hof cold shower and breathing practices.

      You do the cold showers these days too in 🍁?

      @@shariqashraf1172 yes twice a day but I start with hot and also finish on hot. I switch to cold in between. If I just do cold showers I feel very cold for couple of hours. It took me some 6 months or so to get there since I started with hot/warm then hot/lukewarm and then hot/cold. Also did Wim hof breath work.

      Thanks brother! I am on whim hoff breathing since a month and i am looking to add cold exposure also.It was tough to start but now perhaps your way shall help me.

      @@shariqashraf1172 Took me long time. May be start with switch between hot and warm. I did same last winter then switched to hot cold during summer. It's my first winter going through full freezing cold 🙂 and hot. I can't live without it now and do it twice a day.
